Betano took 100gbp off me for a jimmy white match that never took place. When I contacted them about this they doubled down on it saying both players had taken a shot. I finally got to speak to Gina on the customer services team who looked into the matter properly and refunded me. So it’s 5 stars for Gina and none for betano, so I’ve had to settle on three
