Do not honour welcome bonuses!
Signed up via a promotional link concerning a welcome bonus. When I got into my account I found out that I was unable to claim any bonus whatsoever. Support says that it is a 'business decision'; however this makes no sense given I have not even played on the site yet. Don't waste your time.

Bonuses? Avoid. Fake bonuses showing? Yes. What do they do when you raise this with customer service? Tell you its your fault & then they delete the bogus fake bonus 3 days later. Interesting.
Honestly I would just avoid. Any bonuses I had to beg for them on live chat then after they've credit it my whole account bugged. Logged in a month later do the same bonus and nothing, back to live chat with screenshots to complain and ask why I still have a bonus active that was already credit over a month ago? You tell me. Raised a complaint with the bug expecting my bonus but was told to sling it. Small bonus but poor customer service. Just avoid if your looking to join to use any bonus. Plenty of other sites out there that credit them without you having to contact support and beg for them. They told me the glitch was on my side by the say, unbelievable. 3 days later they finally removed the bogus fake promo showing in my account that they credit the month before. Look if you can't provide a solid reliable site for customers to use, how are you expecting people to not complain and leave a bad review after bringing it to your awareness? Complete clown show.
