Disgusting site. Have been depositing with them for 6+ months and finally took them up on an email offer for free spins on their Friday specials! Made the mandatory £20 deposit but never received the free spins! Apparently it had to be deposited through a certain area of their page! 6 months using the company and only ever used the one way to deposit!!!
When I queried it and said I would shut my account they shut and blocked my account immediately with no resolution. Stay far away from this site absolute pirates and will be reporting to gambling commission

Don't bother. The Welcome Bonus has conditions just to be granted! In any other site it's given with the condition to rollover before you can withdraw it, which makes sense. Here you don't even get to the point of receiving the bonus even though you deposited your own funds.
Long story short - there's plenty of better alternatives

1 star is to many. Opened up and before I could place a bet was told I wasn't getting the welcome offer and I was banned from opening talk sport bet. Bet victor and a few more in their group. When asked why they did we can. Absolute disgrace of a company

Absolute scam. They will take your deposit but you have no chance of withdrawing. They ask for 4 (yes 4!) forms of ID then still don't let you withdraw. Tried to raise a complaint, to be told 'im the manager onsite and there is no complaint'. Absolute scam avoid at all costs.

Scam. Opened an account using a sign up offer, after winning my qualifying bet was told that my account was being suspended from all future promotions and offers and they would not honour the sign up offer prize.

The company offers a deposit match bonus and then revokes the bonus without an explanation once the deposit has been made. Extremely unethical.

I had a system bet 3 of 5 I know I lost 2 but I did win three they said I lost three so they didn’t have to pay the bet was Ozzie albies and Luis Garcia to each get at least 1 single + witch means a single or not they both got doubles witch is definitely more than a single but they said because Ozzie albies got a double and not exactly a single it’s a loss I’ve won these bets before multiple times they just cheat and make excuses not to pay out your bet it’s strange how Luis Garcias double was a win and Ozzie albies double wasn’t because it wasn’t exactly a single the bet was a single +/or more explain that they just scam and cheat and make stuff up so they don’t have to pay out a bet do not ever play here they don’t deserve your business!

Scam company . They take your money in 1 minute and then when you cash out it takes days . Plus there black jack is rigged . I lost 14 hands in a row . Then win 2 and lose another 9 after that . Stay The F$@k away from this site

I wish I had read the awful reviews before going on the Betano site.
I signed up and opted into their opening offer to bet £10 and get a free £10 bet.
After placing 2 x £10 bets the free bet never came through and then I got told on their 'Chat' service that I was not eligible and had not opted in, which I obviously did or I would not have made the bets.
Please avoid this site. They are a set of scamming con-merchants setting up introductory offers that they have no intention of honouring.
As with many other Betano reviewers on Trustpilot I wish there was a zero star option because one star is far too good for this lot.

Dangerous company - avoid like the plague! Apparently have no verification process. Readily open accounts using "stolen" personal information. The first you know about it is after they have opened an account in your name, even though you have never even requested it.
A pity there is no star option to review.
