They canceled my account after almost a minute on the basis of illegal activity. Now, they won't erase my data, but they did cancel the account.

You need to wager your deposit in order to withdraw it. For example, you deposit $100, and then for whatever reason, you change your mind on gambling and want to withdraw it back into your account, welp, Betano will decline your withdrawal because you didn’t wager your $100 deposit. This is against the law. It is my money, I have every right to either wager, or withdraw my own money.

Betano is absolute scum. Do not ever use Betano for this very reason. Can you imagine depositing $1000 or more, and then changing your mind, and you can’t withdraw because you didn’t wager $1000. Absolutely disgusting Betano. Don’t use these scam betting books.

Betting office for amateur and recreational bettors. Minimum limits immediately after a few bets !!! and even if you lose, they will give you limits!!! If you bet for 5 Euros, you're fine, if you bet for 30 Euros, there's already a problem!!!! This betting office, if it doesn't change its strategy, has no chance to survive!! They will have you jump through hoop after hoop to withdraw funds.

Finally they will tell you to send your tax remittance (which there is not such thing).

You will send your notice of assessment. They will then reject it for not being “in colour”. Anybody with half a brain knows Tax forms aren’t in colour.

These people are scum of the earth. Stay away at all costs. I guess they have stolen my money. I hope you read this review and that they do not steal yours.

Scam site, made 1000$ asked for documents, verified, tried to withdraw, ask for more crap and my debit card photos and stuff, takes a month to get anything .

Betano took all my money from my account almost $2500 and won’t give it back because of a $500 credit they gave me 2 months ago therefore it allowed them as per theirs terms to take ALL the money from my account. This is a big scam they are running beware and stay away.

UPDATE: Several months later I decide to deposit money again as they had a new deposit bonus, well guess what, same BS! They give me the bonus, I place 3 bets and win all so they restrict my account to $1 bets therefore I can’t bet anymore and tell me I have to wager $1200 more to release my funds but yet that’s impossible because they restricted my account. They tell me too bad and they empty my account to $0 this stealing my money twice now. Completely a fraudulent company running a big bonus scam on customers.

I don’t advice anyone to sign with this online site coz it’s proper scam they keep offering you bonus but it’s not true it’s all lie to trick you to deposit and if you ever win they will not pay you take advice and never even open this scam

I deposit $300 and got a $300 bonus … what you don’t realize is that they make you bet that 300 bonus 10 times over in other to cash out any money without losing your $300… I played and bet over $1700 and was at $763 … I sign in one month to the day and I’m at $0 … apparently you have one month to get $3000 or you lose the bonus money. Which is ridiculous! What a scam this is … I contacted customer supposes and they couldn’t care less ! They just say that’s the terms and agreement . No warning on money expiring . I can’t believe what a scam this app is . Don’t use it at all ! I wish I would have read these reviews first .

Definitely 0 stars for that horrible scammers . I’ve deposited certain amount , did a cash out with some profit and they didn’t let me withdraw my money as “I haven’t played them” . Although I’ve never plaid a bonus game … SCAMMERS BEWARE !

Please do not deposit on this site. Have now been waiting for my withdrawal to be processed for 6 weeks now. Chat system is worthless as they will just fob you off with an excuse about changing there provider. They will not answer to any emails sent either. I have now had to forward all chat copies emails etc to my legal representative to take further action.

Avoid this site they are a scam site, I lost £2000 of my money then won £1000 tried to take it out, they declined and kept the money.... then insulted me by putting £20 cash bonus to play.....

Similar to all the other reviews, was limited after winning a few hundred dollars and halfway to my welcome bonus.
Bet size is limited to just $1.42 so there's no possible way to continue to use the site. Customer support was not helpful overall just an unfortunate experience.

Horrible Sports Book, complete fraud and scam. First of all after only 4 days of having my account open which took a week to do, they restrict/ban me for winning like $400.. now I can’t bet more then $1 because I “Won too much” and to top it off they restrict my account when I’m only $100 of wagering away from collecting my $800 new account bonus. So nothing short of a fraud site looking for complete losers that can’t even win one bet and if they do RESTRICT THE CUSTOMER! God forbid a customer ever wins!

Money in is fine, money out does not materialize. Logged in first time with my Google account and then created an account in Betano. And as my user name is not same than my first name, all the withdrawals are just pending.

I have provided all requested documents and few extras, some of them multiple time, all rejected.

I have sent several emails and messages, telling such a small detail, Google user name is not the same than persons first name, for vain. They just refuse to understand this and use it as an excuse to keep my winnings in.

Update 12/04/2023:

Problem was finally solved but it took more than ten (10) emails and I had to send very same documents modestly five (5) times before they were accepted.

Update 28/04/2023:

Since the problems in the beginning were solved, casino has worked pretty well and I have gotten even some little gains.
