This company is a scam , they will not send you any money regardless of how much you chase.
They wanted 11 forms of ID to process a withdrawal, they then said that I needed to deposit more as they have a limit of 200% on winnings, after depositing an extra £20 to match this percentage they have closed my account ,said I am money laundering (without and proof/justification) and are saying they cannot speak with me legally.
Not to mention each reply takes around 5 working days from their support

I have luckily got my money back by disputing this with the bank. But do not go near them.

I contacted Betfoxx multiple times to self-exclude due to gambling harm. Despite clearly disclosing that I am a gambling addict, they ignored my requests and left my account open for over two weeks. During that time, I was able to continue gambling — exactly what I was trying to prevent.

Even worse, after repeating my request through live chat, their agent credited free spins to my account instead of closing it, actively encouraging more gambling. This is a shocking breach of duty of care and shows zero regard for responsible gambling.

I have suffered financial and mental health consequences as a direct result of their negligence. I would strongly advise anyone to stay away from this company.

Pure garbage stay away . Games are good web page is smooth depositing is smooth but withdrawal is a joke . Provided all documents now they want 11 different proofs . I deposited £50 won £800+ they said i can only withraw £150 some percentage of how much you deposit but i couldnt because minimum withdrawal is £250 so i deposit £50 more to be able to withdraw the minimum and now they want 11 more documents and proofs. Looks like fraud with in law im not going to give them all my sensitive info

I have to say I did not win, I paid in 500 GBP, turned over my bonus and was left with a bit more than 500 GBP, which I have withdrawn, just to see how they operate.

While I did not win yet, they payout was processed swiftly and nobody has asked my for KYC, I deposited USDT btw.

I deposited 500 Euro worth and ended up with 1280 Euro give or take.

I withdrew 500 and 500 in crypto and was promptly paid, albeit after KYC. I have lost the 280, but still doubled my money, there is nothing I can complain about here and I will take my chances again.

Update .Betfoxx now want me to upload 10 different documents to prove who I am . They never asked for 1 bit of identification before I deposited. But when you want to withdraw They just dont want to pay. I've now involved my solicitors and I've been told I will be compensated .
