If there was 0 stars I would rate them -10 ! Complete wasters !
Accepted a withdrawal when I was losing.
They owe me £1,500 and delayed the withdrawal 15 days as per ther terms..still nothing.
Had to verify my account for a second time as soon as I won. They asked for everything as evidence of id, funds etc. played ball..to which they decide to close my account and keep my money due to ‘ money laundering’
I would NOT use this site with your money again never mind mine !

If anybody ever listens to a review then please listen to this one.

All bad reviews below are true, I've had two £500 payouts from them after waiting a month and emailing back and forth no end.

I the end (today) I received an email saying they after their third time verifying my account they will not be paying the 2.5k I have tried to withdraw and are closing my account and conviscating my funds under their anti money laundering policies.

Curaçao licencing are now aware of their actions.

Please do not give these people money. End of.

Great bonuses on offer. Was skeptical when reading reviews but after verification withdraw was into my bank within 5 days. The fact you need a minimum of 500 and maximum of 500 to withdraw is a little suspect but other than that the customer service was great and informative

When you come to withdraw they say that they can't payout to the bank account you've paid to play in and force you to use cryptocurrency accounts.

It has been reported to financial authority groups and the gambling commission despite what their T&Cs may say.

Scammers! First of all the customer support is useless , they didn't validate a ticket wrong result .. not even after a week! And u will not a dime if u manage by a miracle to win the 500 necessary for a cash out! AVOID at all cost , as u will never see the money in your bank account, they will just stay in pending on the website for weeks and nothing will happen!

Deposited £500 still not shown on my account but it left my bank instantly, absolute scam site, no idea how I will recover my money. Absolute jokers

Useless scam casino, customer service it is some kind of joke. I have sent 4 emails regarding self exclusion due to gambling problem and they keep ignoring it, my account is still active. The do not follow any terms and conditions. Just stay away from these thiefs in white gloves.

I've been waiting since 5th of Sept for my cashout, still waiting! They only have one agent "Christina" and all you get from her is "Wait for the payment department to email you" You try emailing them and they don't reply. They are now asking for my passport to verify my account, yet they have already had it and verified it. They just give excuse after excuse I'm no further forward. Another red flag is the minimum cashout is 500 and the maximum cashout is 500 no other casino does this! I would stay well away I've already resigned myself to the fact I'm not getting my money.

Scam website, waiting 1 month no withdrawal

After a month did not withdraw

Complained and no replies or action taken, after waiting a month I realised I won't get nothing so played it all and lost- complained to casinoguro but no help.

I have asked to close my account - no replies from them or any action taken. Utterly useless and a big scam

I deposited £50 . They were taken from my bank and didn't appear in my betfoxx account. I use the chat facilities and they said will check with responsible department. Avoid this site. Is a big SCAM.

SCAM SITE tried to deposit £20 and I had a notification from my bank saying they were trying to take over ten thousand euros off me DONT USE THIS SITE luckily I don't have that money in my bank for them to even take in the first place.
