They have had me in circles about this I would not use this site if this gets sorted then I will edit this and say they actually are proper
But as I stated I won £3.500 withdraw got denied then disappeared then they blocked me said safer gambling and I used 2000 pound my own money ! They keep saying someone will b in contact soon! Since 8am it’s now 1pm and have heard nothing! I would say stick to the proper sites ie William hill betfred ext if this is rectified then I will edit this and say how well they delt with my issue ! I use betmgm few and far between. I had best odds guaranteed removed and when you do have a winner you find particularly on sports you have to wait a considerable period of time for your bets to be resulted a winner waiting for their feeds.
Updated 16th July betmgm have at least acknowledged my points but the horse has bolted I am afraid. I sense I am a non profitable customer got them who does not play the slot games.

Disappointing payment issue.
I used to play here quite some time ago and I couldn’t remember why I decided to play elsewhere, so today I thought I’d give them another try.
I placed a £10 casino deposit at about 10:30/11:00 today and my account is still showing a zero balance, but the money has left my bank account.
I spent a long time on live chat this morning who was able to confirm my payment was pending, and he would need the payments team investigate further.
I was eventually told there was a problem with them system which should be rectified within 30 minutes but there I am, hours later and still waiting.
I have known any company within any industry who takes a customer’s money but doesn’t provide the relevant goods/services and I have experienced this within the online casino instead.
How. An they expect people to trust them and spend their money when this kind of experience happens, and according to “Dr Google”, this issues has happened numerous of times within the current and also last few years so I’m definitely not the first.
I have since sent two emails and yet to hear back!
