Had read the rather mixed reviews about Bettaliving before taking the leap to go with them for a fitted bedroom based on price and quality. From the salesman Andy, who answered all questions promptly to Simon the surveyor who corrected the design and advised us well to Ian , the fitter and star of the team who installed it brilliantly, very quickly and came back to fit another element. Can’t speak more highly than five stars , very impressed.

Just had a quote for a fitted bedroom and paid a deposit based on the quoted price. Agreed to pay balance in full over 12 months after fitting. They advised that I would have to pay further £84 to the surveyor in cash when they come but that was all. Now been told the quote does not include installation so I need to pay further £800 in cash to the surveyor or fitters! Has anyone else had similar experience with this company?

What a bunch of scammers. Put our £8000 kitchen in and within3 yrs delamination happened. All fronts fell off. Life time guaranteed is as much use as wet toilet paper.
Company went bust voiding everyone's guarantee. Evidence for this is on the we want justice page on Facebook.

I note there are a number of adverse reviews on here but I have to speak as I see.... We had a bedroom suite fitted by Bettaliving ten years ago and were very happy with the overall service and outcome so having looked at other options decided to go with them again.
The sales side was as expected with a professional approach with no hard sell. Martin the survey was efficient, explained things and made positive suggestions to our requirements. Ian Morris has fitted two rooms,one quite straight forward but the other being a little more difficult as it is a dormer extension with some odd angles in the roof. The end result looks great and based on our past experience should last.
They are due back in January to fit a kitchen so hopefully that too will be a positive experience...

First class service from start to finish the designers we're great delivered on time and fitted too the highest standard very clean and tidy workman would definitely use them again

Liquidated company to get out of 15 year warranty commitments.
Same family opened up new company, probably end up doing the same after a few years.

Just had two bedrooms completed . I can honestly say that the finished product is better than we expected. We were guide by Andy through the design and choices of finish and colour, could not have chosen better. Craig the fitter was brilliant, never had any tradesman in the house more conscientious than him. His attention to detail was spot on . I had decorated before the job started and there was not a mark on anything upon completion. Would recommend this company and product.

I too purchased 3bedrooms from this company in 2015 with 15 year guarantee giving me peace of mind .. however the glass laminate covering has come away from most of the doors and some drawers..company hours into liquidation n.. new company is set up by same family .. selling same products .. but will not honour guarantee .. how can this be fair on the consumer..DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Horrendous company - just managed to get the bathroom fitted before they went bankrupt so fortunately didn’t lose our deposit. Since then just about 50% of parts have failed and of course the guarantee is worthless. Company has rebooted and unwilling to honour any guarantees.

I had my bedroom fitted by Beta Bedrooms and from start to finish it was very well managed the design was perfect for my needs a big thank you to Stewart and Heath for that my fitter was Ian Morris and he was brilliant I would have no problem in recommending them it was all done in no time everyone was so helpful and friendly the ref no for my job is B196535 big thank you to all concerned .

We had a bedroom fitted 3 years ago. It's gloss white. They came to measure. But when the fitters came tbey had the wrong length dressing table and unit. It was there fault but they asked us to pay more money to have it corrected. I thought this was so unfair as we had already paid £4000 to them. The job was so incomplete. I would definitely not recommend to anyone. I'm so unhappy with the unfinished look. They are not bothered.

Very bad did not explain everything prooky and needed up paying double. Not happy at all.

I was shocked but also reassured to find people who have had a similar experience. Fitted kitchen in 2014, seen in NEXT showroom. I liked my kitchen etc. Suddenly my cupboard fell clean off the wall in Nov 2018. Apparently THE WARRANTY IS NOT USEFUL, company went into administration but still trades under the same name why? Now pursuing through Finance provider Hitachi.

Up date Hatichi have come through and are honouring the warranty!!

My cupboard has just fell off the wall. Paid for and fitted by betta living. Who then when into liquidation and then restarted the next day in another name voiding the warranty in the process. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I had someone attend to provide a quote for two rooms. Prior to the meeting I had someone call me to ask if I was the owner of the property and decision maker. I explained I was the owner but would make the decision with someone. She said the meeting had to be changed so that this person was included. I said no he worked very long hours and it would only be myself at the meeting. The tone was pushy which I didn’t like. I have called other companies and no one has either asked these questions or behaved in such an abrupt manner.
The meeting itself was probably the worst experience ever for me. The rep who attended was unprofessional, and unfocused droning on about unrelated things such as what his niece or son were doing causing the meeting to drag on unnecessarily. My daughter and I were flabbergasted. He repeatedly criticised the competition and how the products were inferior. Furthermore he made himself too comfortable saying things like “you can pass me that cushion for my back”. When he went off on a tangent I tried to bring him back to pricing etc. He was irritating and when he provided the unreasonable quotes at the end I attempted to negotiate to which he responded there was no point unless I gave a commitment to place an order. I wasn’t going to be coerced into anything! I had a few other companies coming so wanted to see what they had to offer. Upon leaving he stated “I could help him carry his stuff to the car”. It was unbelievable! I won’t be using this company. I think the strategy is to bore a client into accepting a quote! The end product was nothing out of the ordinary price was over inflated. His attitude was completely unprofessional!

Is this the same company that owe us £1427 a deposit paid before they went into liquidation in 2016? taken while they were setting up We Fit Any Furniture! Cannot believe this sneaky twisting company have reared their ugly head again. Where is the snake Noel Dean,retired on ill gotten gains I expect.

Absolutely terrible customer service.

Booked appointment to see designer at my house. Took the afternoon off work and representative didn't show up. After calling head office they said the appointment had not been logged on the system. Representative called me later that day to say it wasn't his fault and there was something wrong with their booking system. Said he would call back next morning and spoke to me at around 5pm next day. I mentioned that the kitchen I was looking for was for a rental property (lovely period property) and he said they didn't really deal with rental properties.

Poor experience, time wasters, would not recommend using this company.

We had two bedrooms fitted by Betta Living, the designer and especially the carpenter were great. Our children were delighted with how their small bedrooms were utilised.
We are about 5yrs into the guarantee and one bedroom is falling apart.
I’ve emailed and called the Headoffice several times no reply. Guarantee was for 15 yrs and problems started 6 months in with handles falling apart. Now drawers are falling apart where they should be glued.

Don’t believe the guarantee. It’s not true.

The worst service I have every had. Didn't deliver what I had ordered (hob and oven ) then argued I had ordered the wrong items ( but had paid for the dearer items) . They then claimed the order was no longer in production and short changed me on the difference. We are still waiting for the freezer door to be changed as the original is warped. The light switch on the hob fan is broken and a shelf collapsed. Not convinced the kitchen units are the same as the ones we chose. The problem is that you don't get an itemised breakdown of costs and so proves difficult when you argue that you haven't had the correct items delivered. Definitely feel ripped off and would never recommend to anyone to use this company. Appalling after sales service and no customer care.

Both my son and daughter have had kitchens, so came with a great recommendation when l decided to have my bedrooms fitted. They have now just been finished and are fabulous. The fitters were brilliant and worked hard to complete the second room and stayed late so not to make a third day. Would recommend 5 stars.
