We recently spent £15,000 on a new kitchen. Overall the quality is very good, BUT we have been forced to chase and chase with the installation manager Martin. Martin the installation manager has been very unprofessional and we have now started the process of making a formal complaint and possibly leading to legal action.

Honestly, if you want to be frustrated, messed about and ignored, Betta Living/ We Fit Any Kitchen will do that to you!

We should be the singing their praises but we will not recommend...

Absolutely thrilled with our new kitchen , the service from the initial deisgn stage through to installation ran like clockwork . We found all the staff from the showroom, surveyor to the fitters to be all extremley professional and are a credit to the company. We have no complaints about any part of the process and would recommend them without hesitation. The new kitchen has changed our house and is now one of the main rooms used by the family in our home.

I choose this company for my kitchen having previously had a bedroom fitted by them which I was over the moon with! Despite having been worried about undertaking such a large project in updating my kitchen I can honestly say it looks amazing! From the initial planning the surveyor helped me to re plan the kitchen to make it more practical for me, they helped increase my storage space and suggested lighting to really enhance the finished look, nothing was too much trouble for them. The product is of a very high quality and the finish is flawless! I really can't thank you enough! I will be back in touch when I'm ready for another room to be done. Excellent work Betta Living!

Its not often, I do reviews, however I had to make an exception in this case. I always go off word of mouth and this company came highly recommended. Being a salesman myself, I always look for a good deal, looking for both quality and best price and here i got both. I had all the bedrooms, fitted and seeing is believing, they look out of this world and the fitting is unbelievable. All the work done, cleanly and efficiently 10/10. You guys have now won more business from me, as I will now be looking at my kitchen being done from you. Thanks again.

Bad company, very disappointed with their work and I was given a 15 years warranty but after 2 years the warranty has ended. Not happy as I spent around £7000 with this company now I will take further legal actions. Please don't believe their 15 year warranty work and stay away from them. They are a bunch of story tellers.

We had a cabin bedroom fitted by Berta Living.
Very please with the end result , high quality furniture.
From the planner to the surveyor to the fitted it was an easy process. They were all very polite friendly people. We had confidence in everything they advised.
The fitted was fantastic and consulted us on everything. He work very hard and the end result was perfect. Thank you.

i purchased my kitchen recently from bettaliving, cant believe how smoothly it all went from start to finish, from entering the showroom i was greeted with coffee and biscuits, the lady in there was very polite and went through the product thoroughly from the doors and work tops, handles ect, i was stuck for choice, i was so impressed that i made an appointment for a designer to come out and measure for me, again the designer was very polite did all i asked him to do and helped me with my design. . we went ahead with the kitchen, the fitters were brilliant and everything went smoothly, i would recommend bettaliving, there is a lovely showroom in bromborough so thanks to all at bettaliving

I have just had bettaliving kitchen fitted well what Can I say a fantastic experience throughout the whole process.

We visit our local showroom and felt at ease straight away the lady in the showroom let us have a look round and was very informative.

We arranged for a designer to help us plan our kitchen, again a fantastic experience he actually listened to what we wanted and catered to our needs.he came up with a fabulous plan that we could see on his computer and a large screen in the showroom.

We decided to place the order ,after this they arranged for a technical survey to be done to double check everything.

I was updated at every stage of the process from survey to fit as to when we would receive the kitchen

I would definitely recommend the service and the product.

Really Bad, declared themselves bankrupt, stole money & reopened again.

Just had a new kitchen installed from betta living , from start to finish it was such a hassle free experience.
First walked into the showroom and thought here we go , sales rep is going to jump on us , far from it.....offered a tea or coffee " please feel free to have a good look around if you need any help or advice just ask "that was a shock !!
So we then decided to book a design visit , designer turned up on time had a good chat with us and came up with some inspirational ideas things that we would of never thought of , leaving me and my wife very happy .
Five or six days later we where invited back to the showroom in Bromborough to look at a plan of the kitchen , it looked stunning and again we where explained everything step by step which really reassured us so we went ahead with the kitchen.
The day of the fit , the guys turned up again on time and never stopped , very professional crew and a pleasure to have in your home .
Would just like to say thanks for such an amazing transformation of the kitchen area and a big thanks to all involved .

Similar to previous comments I also purchased a NEXT kitchen fitted by Betta Living early in 2015. Not long after it had been fitted, it started delaminating. I contacted Betta Living who admitted that they had supplied us with sub standard kitchen units. They were suffering from a manufacturing fault which caused the laminate to peel off within six months. They replaced some doors, but went into administration and we have never had the job completed. I was totally mis lead by NEXT who have not helped at all. I feel totally let down by NEXT. I would never have used Betta Living if the kitchen had not being advertised in the NEXT catalogue.
Betta Living are now trading again using the same name. PLEASE BE WARY, DO NOT USE THEM, we have chased the issue again today and have once again been fobbed off. The administrators have told us that there are no funds available to complete the remedial work or compensate us for the trouble that they have caused. Citizens advice and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 is now our only course of action. B51034

5 years ago we had a new kitchen fitted by Betta Living. It was an unsatisfactory process from the start as the fitter Steve lived in Essex and we live in Surrey; he was frequently late or didn't arrive at all. The quality of the work was appalling. Betta Living sub contract all their work and once that is done they are little help when things go wrong.
We chose an integrated kitchen with mostly Bosch appliances. To this day the cupboards and appliance doors do not fit properly but we have got used to that and sadly accepted our fate. Today we had a Bosch engineer visit to repair our dish washer. He showed us how badly and incorrectly the machine and kick board had been fitted which was responsible for the machine malfunctioning. It b doesn't get much worse!20

Been using this company since the 90's and we have just had another of our rooms done. Quality is great as is the communication. Would recommend them to anybody

My husband and I recently had our kitchen fitted by Betta Living and we could not be happier. After all the hassle of buying a new house we wanted the renovations to be done quickly and with the help of a reliable team. The designer worked hard to get our ideas just right and the fitting team were friendly and hard working. Despite a small amount of left overs from our old kitchen I couldn't fault the service from start to finish.

We had a Next Kitchen fitted by Betta Living in April/May 2016 which was a protracted and stressful time and I had to sack a fitter for not turning up to work and on another occasion I had to 'escort' a Betta Living Surveyor out of my hose for being rude to my wife. Anyway Next were very helpful in getting the work completed eventually by exerting pressure on Betta Living. As far as I was concerned we had bought a Next Kitchen but since Betta Living went into administration they deny any responsibility or liability. That said Next did say in an online statement in January 2017 that 'some' customers were covered under a warranty but will not elaborate which customers are covered and who are not. We had a problem with doors and as expected Next denied any responsibility and directed us to the Betta Living administrators. However, we believe that Next hold responsibility based on there on line assurance given in January 2017. We certainly believe we were buying a Next Kitchen, were told that in store by a Next Store manager and by Betta Living themselves...saying that Beta Living were working on behalf of Next.
My advice: if you have a problem with your Next Kitchen fitted by Betta Living contact Next Customer Services and argue the point with them. I believed I was buying a Next kitchen and would not have done if I had known Next would renege on their warranty assurance.

Total waste of time trying to deal with this company. We spent close to £30,000 with them on kitchen and fitted wardrobes. Now 3 years later they will not honour their "so called" 15 year warranty, in fact it is impossible to get to speak with them, they do not answer emails either.
Companies like this shouldn't be allowed to get away with totally ignoring their commitments made yo their customers.
Did eventually get to speak with someone who told us that Betta living had gone out of business and they had been taken over by this person, if you check on companies house, one of the directors (active) has he surname Dean, somehow I don't think this is just co-incidental !!! They are just trying to get out of their obligations,

They turned up on time, worked hard and did the job very quickly and efficiently leaving the room clean and tidy. Very happy and would use again.

Fitters were great salesman/'designer' less

Do Not Trust this Rehashed Company. Betta Living is a company Trading Name purchased by the Dean Family, after Dean House Limited went in to liquidation. Just before they went in to administration, they registered 4 new websites – My Fitted Kitchen, My Fitted Bedroom and We Fit Any Furniture and My Fitted Furniture. Their customer service was appalling prior to administration, which I don't have time to go in to, then they had the audacity to try and resolve the fitting problems I had experienced by using We Fit Any Furniture, like nothing had ever happened. Follow the golden rules when making major purchases. Use a Credit Card or, in my case, Interest Free Credit was offered. I was able to fall back on Hitachi Capital Finance and to their credit, they were great and have resolved the outstanding issues and will take care of future warranty claims. As a company, do not trust Betta Living. They were happy to go in to administration as an easy way out of their inability to offer acceptable customer service and their inability to operate a solvent company
