I was wondering whether i should go with them or local carpenter, it is good i went with betta living for little extra money. It is worth it.

The initial plans, surveyor and carpenter went very well.
Had some issues contacting them in between about deliveries and stuff, as all 3 contact numbers given was going to voice mail.

As a whole, i would use them again if i have to.

Originally posted a 1* review because of the inept manner in which the appointment was confirmed.

However once posted the team quickly got in touch to go through my concerns and the appointment proceeded on the original schedule and we ended up placing an order for sliding cupboard and a dresser unit.

From a customer service stand point at least this proves that the company is willing to recognise it's mistakes and put them right and takes account of feedback posted on here.

Hoping the remaining order and installation gets the same level of due care that we have been afforded to us post initial disagreement.

feel totally let down after having kitchen fitted poor quality poor customer service poor throughout .12 months later still not finised say they will finish it if i pay again after they went into liquidation but still trading under the same name betta my backside.

Excellent service again from Betta Living. We returned to have our bedroom fitted after having our daughters bedrooms done two years ago. The quality of service from beginning to end was excellent. Neil Coote from Bromborough worked on our design/plans and came up with some fantastic ideas to enhance what we had in our own heads. The bedroom was delivered and fitted when it was scheduled to and the whole process was so smooth. The fitters were Paul and his colleague from Oldham, they did a fantastic job and were really tidy workers, leaving the bedroom ready for everything to be put back in. Would highly recommend Betta Living and the fitters.

Over the moon with my new fitted kitchen. The furniture quality is excellent and very well fitted by Greg.
Greg even advised on some extra work which he didn't charge me for.

We are very pleased with our fitted wardrode. From start to finish the service was great, so helpful with the design and lay out to make sure our requirements were fulfilled. Customer service was brilliant, keeping me informed on the order and delivery.
Peter that actually fitted the wardrobe was lovely, tidied up after himself.
The wardrode looks fab and modern! I would highly recommend Betta Living.

Broken washing machine dishwasher
Waste not fitted properly on dish and wash so flooded kitchen
Broken legs on dish and cupboards
Loss hob
Chips on pliths
And much much more

We are delighted with the product and excellent service received regarding our new kitchen from bettaliving. We found the sales team to be very helpful spending hours helping us plan the kitchen. The quality is excellent and we are happy to recommend to family and friends!

I have just had a beautiful kitchen supplied by Betta Living, which I am over the moon with! They were a real pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Their communication was first rate, as is their product. Every stage of the process (from initial discussions, to design, further discussions, amendments, ordering, and then delivery) went smoothly - and I was kept informed at every point. Nothing seemed too much trouble for any of the staff at Betta Living.
All my friends and family who have seen the kitchen have commented on how stunning it is - and everyone has assumed it was extremely expensive. It wasn't - but it screams quality! My experienced builders who fitted the kitchen were highly impressed with the product too, and are now committed to encouraging future clients to order kitchens made by Betta Living. A couple of tiny issues (which occurred as a result of the actions of my own builders) were immediately solved by Betta Living - who could not have been more helpful and understanding, even though it was nothing to do with them.
I would highly recommend a Betta Living kitchen to anyone, without reservation.

We purchased a large fitted kitchen and also had 3 bedrooms fitted with wardrobes in September 2014. The quality of work was to a high standard and initially were over the moon with our purchases when all the work was complete.
We have tried to contact Bettaliving on a number of occasions in relation to our bedroom door which have de-laminated.
At the time of purchase we were advised that all products carried a 10 year guarantee which gave reassurance and satisfaction to us when we purchased the goods that should anything go wrong we would be covered however this has not been worth the paper it is written on. Bettaliving are continually ignoring any contact from us and refuse to return our calls or reply to our complaint.

Similar to previous comments, I too purchased a “NEXT” kitchen which was then fitted by “Betta Living” in 2015. Not long after it had been fitted, all the cupboards started delaminating. We contacted Betta Living who admitted that they had supplied sub standard kitchen units due to manufacturing fault which causes the laminate to peel off. They promised to replace all the affected doors for us. But we chased & chased and they then went into administration, surprise surprise and we have never had the courtesy of a response or as promised, our kitchen doors replaced. We were totally let down by “Betta Living” and completely mis-lead by “NEXT”. We would never have even used Betta Living, as we’d never heard of them, if the kitchen had not been presented in the NEXT showroom in Cardiff.
Betta Living are now trading again using exactly the same name, but are refusing to assist any customers who have been let down after spending a fortune on a kitchen falling apart after costing £thousands.
DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!

Company no longer exists. Hundreds of people out of pocket to the value or £1000, ex customers have installations not worth the paper it's written on with installations that are falling to pieces only a couple of years after installation and no way to get it repaired....

The Warranty isn't worth the paper its written on.
After 12 months we have a toilet that no longer works a shower that stops and starts and doesn't work properly and mirrors that are delaminating and Bettaliving are not interested.
AVOID AT ALL COST.

Like with any company doing bathrooms, kitchens and bedrooms their after sales service is terrible. Our fitted bedroom has an issue so we rang because we supposedly have a 15 year guarantee. Said would ring back.....why I don’t know....but guess what they never did.....chased.... no response.....and again....gave up!!!!

Fabulous kitchen. Gary and Liam have done a brilliant job, I will be recommending Betta Living to my family and friends. Over the moon.

We used this company to design & build us a bespoke wardrobe in the master bedroom. The space was awkwardly-shaped as we needed something to both hide and encompass the bulkhead over the stairs. They came out & gave us an on-the-spot design. They explained what was and wasn't possible. We found their price to be competitive with other local builders who had looked at the project, but with the detailed knowledge and quick timescale on offer it was a no-brainer to go with this company.
The technical surveyor then came out & was very precise in his designs/measurements.
Within a few weeks it had been done - the builder worked tirelessly to have it completed within one working day.
The wardrobe is very neatly finished, with clean lines & the mirrored doors with dove grey surrounds look very modern.
The communication from the office team was always great too.
I have passed on your details to a friend who also needs something similar doing in her bedroom.

We are pleased with our purchase and with the service received. Just one observation - perhaps the fitters should separate out the sawdust from the cardboard/wrapping - I got absolutely covered in sawdust when loading my car with the rubbish left behind !

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE FROM START TO FINISH - AVOID!!
We experienced mistake after mistake throughout the whole process. The kitchen arrived 3 weeks after we were told it would and lots of bits were missing or incorrect so the project ended up being extremely delayed. Communication was dreadful and the staff were rude and unhelpful. After all the quality of the kitchen was low and sadly do not envisage it lasting long term.
