My experience was fine. It said to call when I got there instead of coming into the office due to Covid-19. When I arrived I called and no one answered the phone. So i walked in and a friendly receptionist greeted me. I was the only one in the waiting area. The service was fine and quick. I just didn't understand why they said call first and no one answered the phone.

While I was initially frustrated trying to make an appt, once I had the appt, everything went smoothly. Staff went above and beyond and were very knowledgeable & helpful with my issue.

I visited BetterMed for a rapid response Covid test. My appointment was handled on time. The two BetterMed staff members I interacted with were both professional and friendly. I have recommended BetterMed to several people.

I visited Better Med for a COVID test. I was instructed to call from the parking lot upon arrival. I dialed and redialed for 15 minutes each time being diverted to a voicemail box that did not accept messages. Once in the office and tested, I was left in a room to wait for my results. I was not told to the results would be relayed via cellphone. My ringer was off, as is polite during an appointment, so I missed the call. I dialed and redialed for 40 MINUTES and again was transferred to a full voicemail box. Finally I opened the door and called for a nurse who reluctantly told me my test was negative and that I was free to go.

This would be less infuriating if the office had been terribly busy, that was not the case. Rather I watched many people sitting idly while phones rang endlessly.

I like that the Dr. took his time with me an explain everything with details and the nurse did the covid test and I didn’t feel any discomfort

It was very easy to get an appointment, the facility was very careful to provide a healthy environment for their patients. All the staff was very professional and helpful.

Hi - I was told that I had Scabies and was given a RX and used it 3 times and nothing happened. I went to my PCP a few days later and was told that I had Contact Dermatitis and was given a RX for Prednisone. Needless to say I was a tad bit horrified to hear that I had Scabies.

They were behind schedule and very unprofessional

Charged me $497 and didn't even bill insurance. I called and they were able to change my bill to go to my insurance.

I made the appointment, showed up on time and was immediately processed for my Coronavirus test. The facility was very clean, everyone was abiding by the standard procedures and I was in and out within 30 minutes. Very impressed with the staff!
