We have visited the BetterMed location at Regency Square in Richmond, VA twice now for testing and both times it was a seamless, comforting experience. Everyone was friendly, kind and professional, from the folks who answer the phones, the intake team and the people administering the tests and answering questions. It was reassuring to talk to professionals who are informed, honest and take the time to listen to our questions and concerns. Wait time for testing to be done was very long - there was a mixup and they thought it had been done and had not so I had to wait an extended amount of time.

The staff was exceptional. So professional and nice. The practice looked very nice and clean inside. Highly impressed. This was my first time visiting any BetterMed and I would definitely use them again.

Very timely. Short wait in the car. Then went in for my test and the staff was so diligent in making sure that I didn’t come into contact with other patients. Got written results before I left!

Great experience! Staff were attentive, caring, and personable. The visit was quick without being rushed. I felt that the staff listened to me and my concerns.

Everyone was fantastic and the appointment went smoothly.
My only comment is that it was reiterated several times that I would receive a call regarding my results (COVID-19 test) and I would receive an email that allowed me to access results on a portal, but I never received a call. After about 30 minutes I checked my email and saw my results, which is fine with me. However, if I were a patient that could not easily access my email on a phone and was relying on the phone call, that would have been a much more stressful situation. Point being, if you confirm that results will be delivered by phone, please make sure the call is made promptly. The portal should be backup.
