Perfect from start to finish! We booked last minute and felt confident that our move would be handled well. From the online survey to getting our furniture into our new home. Excellent friendly team with 4 of them packing and loading the day before moving. 3 of them the following day travelling from Herts to Devon in atrocious weather. Delayed due to various traffic incidents (as we were also), but stayed to complete unloading that evening. Thanks for taking the stress out of the move.

The team of four worked so hard on one of the hottest days of the year, nothing was too much trouble, nothing was damaged or broken. We had many pot plants to move, these all arrived undamaged and everything else was put into the designated rooms making it easier for us to get straight in our new home. However the key for us was how friendly and helpful they were, a great bunch of lads who took pride in doing a good job - can't praise them higher, a very good experience.

Better Removals quoted us a competitive price to move a large amount of boxes, a copier and other office equipment from Storage to our new office.

The 2 polite removals guys turned up promptly, were well mannered and even in 8am and 34'c heat, they cracked on without issues. They moved onto the new office we were moving to once loaded and this was then offloaded with no issues at all. All items placed in the corners of our new room, giving us space to unpack! this was very helpful.

I couldn't fault any part of Better Removals service and will definitely be a returning customer should we require any services in the future.

I felt very supported and reassured by the excellent service received right from the initial contact to assess my requirements, the delivery of all the appropriate packing materials and the kind, efficient and hard working removal men on the day, making a possible stressful experience to one where one felt cared for and in good capable hands.

I used Better Removals recently for the second time and as expected the service was great from start to finish. The team in the office were great to deal with. The process of moving on the day was made so much easier by the team doing all the hard work! They knew exactly what was needed to be done, were efficient, respectful and polite. Nothing was too much. We were out on time and unpacked into my new house before I knew it with everything in the right place. I cannot speak highly enough of the service. First class service from beginning to end from office and crew. We moved an elderly relative and took advantage of their full packing service which was very reasonably priced. Office staff met us for the survey and were really helpful, knowledgeable and reassuring. The crew worked so hard and were very friendly and professional.
