Could not ask for a more personable, great bloke's and a very understanding company. Being disabled with illness, it was a great help from Better Removals, (Would have paid more, ho ho ho). Well done the lads!

Very friendly and helpful movers, was all straightforward to get sorted out.

I'm not sure how they could have done better. The office staff were responsive, getting a quote was very simple, the movers themselves were phenomenonal.

We had an internal office move and used Better Removals. The guys were extremely helpful and efficient and we had a seamless moving experience. The staff came in on Monday and had a new desk in a new office, what more can you ask for!

The guys arrived on time and got stuck into the loading. They were very pleasant and after a 60-mile journey got the unloading done in record time. Everything was put were requested and with no damage.

Better Removals moved us from Welwyn to Tewin in September. The whole organisation was professional, helpful and friendly. In good time we were delivered plenty of boxes, tape and paper. I cannot recommend Better Removals enough! From my first meeting with Greta, to the actual moving day, Better Removals could not have been more helpful and accommodating! Nothing was ever too much trouble and we had A LOT of moving parts (sorry Greta! Ha ha)

The two men arrived when expected and literally worked their socks off from the minute they got there til the minute they left. Smartly dressed, polite and genuinely lovely. I couldn’t have asked for a nicer removal experience. Better removals were recommended to me and I was not disappointed. Would recommend them 100%

Great service, we used the packing service which was great and the removers were punctual and just got on with the task at hand in both homes. Would definitely recommend!

From the very start Better Removals were professional, helpful and friendly. When you spoke with them on the phone the members of staff were knowledgeable and inspired you with confidence. They were efficient in delivering boxes, tape and paper. On the day of the move they arrived promptly and they took care with our belongings. On arrival they delivered efficiently and carefully and always asked where we wanted things. They were cheerful all the time and nothing was too much trouble for them. All the men made the whole stressful process of moving seem a breeze. I can't thank them enough and although I have no intention of moving again if I did I would use Better Removal without any hesitation.

Great A team, very friendly and happy. They had to stop and move the truck several times with no moans, even helped the bin men. Hope to get the same guys the other end after storage.

Site visit to provide quotation, which was very detailed and outlined everything clearly.
Discussion on removal dates to suit my requirements.
Once agreed the confirmation and contact from the Sales Office was very reassuring.
On removal day the crew arrived on time, very professional, accommodating and respectful of my property and possessions at both ends.
The whole experience was made much less stressful because of all the points above.

Unfortunately not a good experience moving house with better removals. Felt very rushed and uncomfortable. Wouldn’t recommend, think maybe other removal companies are worth paying a bit more for.
