I didn’t need to make a claim
I hired a car in Sardinia. I was advised, brilliantly, by the Moneysavingexpert.com, as you hear about so many scams.
the price was good, reviews were good, and all went well so I haven’t really tested it out. the test of an insurance product is if you need to claim, and I didn’t.

Had an email informing me my policy is up for renewal and as a loyal customer 10% discount. When I tried to renew it would not take my postcode. Phoned up and was informed that they no longer covered that postcode and my current policy would not be honoured due to the postcode.
