Better Salon Supplies are a family run business, based in Market Deeping close to Peterborough. We were established in 2013 and sell hair, beauty and barber equipment to the trade. We stock some of the industries leading and popular brands which include Wella Professional, L’Oréal Proffesionnel, Italy Aquarely, Wahl Professional, Gamma +, YS Park, Passion, Procare, Joewell, Kasho and many more. Our furniture range consists of REM, Salon Fit, SkinMate and Takara Belmont. We have a Takara Belmont furniture showroom on site which is open by appointment 7days per week. For local customers within 30 miles of our store, we offer Sameday and Nextday delivery*; Tuesday - Friday For customers further afield, we have a website, and offer free standard delivery or Nextday. Delivery is Monday - Friday and excludes Bank Holidays and weekends, subject to terms and conditions. Better Salon Supplies are fast becoming the leader in Salon and Barber furniture and can help with designing your salon and through to installation too. Once you have bought your furniture it doesn’t stop there as we are also authorised to maintain and service your Takara Belmont items too. On staple items such as hair colour, bleaches and sundries, we have started to offer bulk buy pricing to help you save money on the items you use the most.

Received notification from APC-overnight delivery due 03 04 2024 between 11.45-13.45, in all day, no parcel arrived and still hasn't as of 06 04 24. Would have given zero stars. Do not recommend!

Somebody else’s order was sent to me…
Somebody else’s order was sent to me and visa versa. 2 wks on and my order still with him and not collected by better salon supplies so I’m requesting a full refund and will return to my old supplier again.
Just to reiterate, that I’m the one left out of pocket and after reading the reply from Ady, who said he refunded me in full, I am still waiting for my postage paid out which was not credited to me after i sent the goods sent me by mistake to the other party.

Thank you for your review, how ever I do feel it’s a little unfair.
It was a genuine mistake, which I understand isn’t your problem, however I did try to resolve it but couldn’t get an answer when I called the other customer, so couldn’t arrange a collection.
You placed your order on 30/12 with bank holidays and weekends in between then and 8/1/24 when I refunded you. The nature of this mistake, it wasn’t a simple error to resolve.
Once you emailed me, requesting a refund on 8/1/24, I refunded you immediately all costs, and apologised profusely!
It’s a shame, as 1 star reviews are extremely difficult to swallow and recover from, as a small business and cause detrimental damage over a swiftly recompensed mistake.
