Betwinner is totally scam. This is the fourth day that my withdrawal has been approved, and according to their rules I should've got my money in minutes. They do not respond to my emails, on live chat they tell me that they have not an update yet. I have contacted them at least 5 times, and the response the same. This for just 144 usd. I have deposited twice there, and this is the first time I ask for a withdrawal.

Betwinner SCAM!!!

Hi, I have registered with betwinner, my ID is 1169302069.
I've been playing for about a week, I've made 26-27 deposits of $100 each, the total amount of deposits is $ 2600-2700.
I only made deposits, without making any withdrawals.
Yesterday I won $2,100,played casino slots and made bets, made 118 bets.
I bet on everything: football,hockey,basketball,tennis.

I was asked to "request documents" during withdrawal, I sent them.
And my balance became $17 instead of $2,100, this is a brazen scam, betwinner just made a refund on my lawn tennis bets, I bet games and wins in sets and matches, but they gave me a refund by simply stealing my money.

There is no point in playing here while you are making money - everything is fine, but if you decide to withdraw, your balance will be reset to large amounts so that you have nothing to withdraw.

My coupons for which a refund was made:

61863066375 bet 650$ - cf.1.98 win 1287$
61860280903 bet 220$ - cf.3.048 win 670.56$
61841597661 bet 250$ - kf.1.496 win 374$

The refunds for the coupon "61865297447 and 61863066375" killed the most
The bets were placed in the first coupon - to win the overall game in a tie-break,
and the second bet was to win the overall game in the second set with the score 1-1.

They simply and for no reason made a refund on the big bets, I bet live wins in sets/games/total wins, but they made refunds just to steal my balance and not pay me.
Only fraudulent projects that don't pay or have nothing to pay do this.

I bet 61863066375 (id bet) the second team's victory at 1-1 in the second set, after betting the set was played for about one hour, I could not have known that it would end 1-6 in any way.How could I bet on a known outcome if I waited 1 hour for the set to finish?Provide evidence that the bet was placed on a known outcome, but you don't have it.Because you are scammers and you can cancel any bet, as long as you don't pay the client.But this is just an excuse not to pay and steal money.The scam company has no evidence.

Its been 25 days my withdrawal not processed , attached statement and payment screen shot to the team .
I have contacted betwinner accounting team , everything but im only getting response that they are checking on it but no update at all.
You can see below my reviews everytime they are saying they are looking into issue , but nothing is processing.

After a long time i got update by attaching a mail confirmation from betwinner where betwinner agent bank confirmed the paricular UTR which they have shared is successful but they did not confirmed to which account they transferrd money. For this in response i have attached my bank mail confirmation that no transaction got credited woth that UTR to my account and ask the remiiter bank to confirm with bank to which account money is transferred?

Still how many years it will take to withdraw?

They do not allow withdrawals. They accept deposits but make it very very hard to make withdrawals (SMS confirmation codes are required but the codes are sent hours/days later). When you do manage to make a withdrawal request it is invariably rejected. They then suggest opening a new deposit method so you can withdraw to that method.

Deposits are very easy and clearly the idea is to encourage deposits but block all withdrawals. I am surprised it is still allowed to operate.

I have been trying to get my funds for more than 7 working days.
At first, support wrote to me that it would take up to 2 days. Then they wrote that it would take up to 7 days.
When 7 days had passed, they wrote that there were no specific deadlines for withdrawing funds.

Very strange answers, motivating them by the fact that "specialists are currently busy and they need a little more time." Especially when you wait for your money for more than 10 days.

I got feel scammed, i request withdrawal on 21/1/2025 = 10252 EGP by etisalat cash method and confirmed from your side that was sent to me on 22/1/2025

In first time request video again showed history of transaction
In second time request bank statement i explained to him there is no bank statement for mobile wallet
Also i record video again and pdf in video showed transaction history
Just i contact with wallet provider and tell me that only way to get transaction history is from app and you can download pdf file
