Everything went according to plan. Good communication. Picked up for transfers to/from Manchester Airport on time. There were 5 passengers so a 7 seater mini van was used. Comfortable ride. Good value. Have already re-booked for later in year.

Great from start to finish !communication was great emails confirming booking , messages at every stage arrived on time on both journeys and both good drivers / helpful and pleasant .The best price for airport journeys as well .I will definitely use them again. This was my second booking with them unfortunately I had to cancel my first booking last minute as our holiday was cancelled due to illness I phoned to explain and they kindly refunded me .

On time , great communication throughout. Our flight was delayed 24 hours . Dave kept in contact with me and rearranged pick up .

Outstanding service from this company. Communication via txt informing us of the time and update of the journey, what cars and who the drivers names were. This is very reassuring.

Used BFW for transfers between Blackpool and Manchester airport. Excellent communication throughout from both office and driver. The driver was a lovely young man who happily chatted to us but also knew when to leave us to chat between ourselves. All in all an excellent service at a reasonable price

Great service and very professional. Reliable and genuine. Prompt and efficient. Everything you need when relying on taxi to get to and from airport. Used twice now and won’t go anywhere else now. Had an awful experience with another Blackpool firm last year but these guys are absolutely amazing ☺️

We would highly recommend using BFW - our driver Nitisat was friendly and very courteous. He arrived on time for both trips, the car was clean, comfortable and the journey with him was enjoyable.The customer service provided throughout was excellent.

Best taxi firm for airport runs. Clear emails and text reminders day prior and also a locator on maps as to where the taxi is. Full and clear pick up info.
So reassured and completely took the stress out of travel.

David of BFW Transfers arrived 10 minutes before our pick up time (5.30am). We were ready and so happy he had arrived early. He was a careful and experienced driver, made us feel safe.
Upon our return, David was waiting for us to take us back home, once again, a very careful driver.
Leading up to our holiday we received notifications of our collection time and date, reassuring us that we would be taken to the airport and would not be let down. Before we even left our hotel at our resort, we received another reassuring message letting us know our drivers name and registration and that he would be waiting for us. The communication has been very reassuring and so glad we chose this company.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this company, reliable and courteous. We will use them again.
