Description does not match products
The pictures do not match with the actual products, in many cases the product description is incomplete. The only way to know how a frame looks like is to order it. But the return policy is horrible. You need to order return labels separately at extra cost. Customer service does not respond. Order at your own risk.

Late delivery
The item was delivered on 15 May, much later than expected. Posti only keeps the items for one week; I was away that week starting from 15 May, so I had to ask a friend to pick the parcel up for me. Unless BGA changes the delivery system, I won’t order with them again.
