Scammers. Beware do not buy anything off these guys. I bought a Vitality MagicPro for 49.90 on May 9th. Still waiting for item to come. Asked them numerous times to refund me but haven't even got a reply from them. They stole money from me essentially. Scammers.

Don’t buy from them. Worsest service i have ever experienced when something needs to be returned.
1. Pay €14 shipment cost
2. Although via their shipment methode they can’t find return and waiting for 2 months on solution. Only talking to chat boxes and no solutions

I nearly didn't order because of the reviews here -- so I felt compelled to write that I had a great experience.

Order arrived fast, got exactly what I wanted at a fraction of the full price, and it's all nicely packed.

Yes, you have to pay for shipping, and yes it's wild to have to pay for returns -- but I will def shop here again.

Was a little suspicious with the mediocre ratings. But I received my shoes as expected. Very pleased

I never wrote a review here before because so far I live in Germany, I did not have any problem with other online shop platforms. But with this Bibloo Zoot, I am really disatisfied. I ordered a handbag in pink color but they sent me the wrong one (gold color). I have contacted them via Email and called them but still don't get any reply. I will edit my review once it is solved.

I contacted Paypal Resolution Center and asked the seller a full payment back. I gave the paypal all the proofs. Turned out the seller contacted me, picked up the wrong item, and gave my money back. So, I'll suggest anyone who has conflict with the seller to try help from the third party, e.g. Paypal.

Ordered 14 items for €66 including €8 postage. The delivery company messed up a bit so the items arrived in 8 days. The items were all perfect and as described. Communication with Bibloo was very good. I would definitely order again.

I purchased a blouse on May 10th and as of today, May 18th, I have not received any email regarding the shipment of my order. I tried to contact you via email but received no response. I am truly disappointed. I was referred by Lyst, but I am now convinced that I have been scammed. Order: 2499879620

This was the first time ordering something from Bibloo.com and to be honest I looked at some reviews on Trustpilot and was a little unsure whether to order or not but I can safely say that my order was one of the successfull ones. I ordered an Under Armour cap on the 3rd March 2024 and it was delivered on the 11th March 2024. The only downside that I can find is that the postage was quite high, something like 9€ for delivery to Spain, apart from that all went smoothly.

I ordered some gloves from Bibloo.nl. I thought the company was based in The Netherlands but it is in fact in Czechoslovakia. The service seems fine overall, but delivery took quite some days and when the item did not fit sending it back was going to cost €14. Decided to keep them and try to find someone else who can use them but overall very disappointed with the purchase. I wouldn’t have ordered from Bibloo if I had known how far the goods would need to travel.

Extremely rude and unhelpful customer service. They offer zero help and blame the customer. I returned some items, which the company received on the 9th of June. I wasn't concerned because they had 14 days to send me my refund. On the 22nd exactly 14 days later I got an invoice that they had sent me my refund. Nothing arrived to my account so in the afternoon I sent them an email, they replied that yeah the money didn't go through cause the bank account was incorrect. But if I hadn't contacted them they wouldn't have told me that there was a problem. Somehow they thought that my one was an eight, to this day I have no idea how, but never mind. I sent them via email my bank account around 4 pm on Thursday 22nd. They replied the following day on Friday on the 23rd in the afternoon, that on Monday they will transfer the money back. It is now Monday the 26th 7:33 pm and it still hasn't arrived. First of all if there is a problem that you notice you should call or write an email immediately. That is customer service. Don't wait for the customer to notice the problem. Second under no circumstances is it appropriate for the customer service man to blame the customer and say that she cannot write, just because he thinks her one is an 8, even though it has a straight beginning a little loop on the very top and then a straight line again. Absolutely no second loop , no double circle, no connected circles nothing. But instead of apologizing and fixing the problem, he blamed me on the 22nd, 23rd and today on the 26th as well. And now we are going on day 19 since they have received my returned items. Naturally I have received nothing that would prove they have actually refunded the money today on June 26th.

You think, that you order from a Dutch e-shop, then you want to return the goods and you come after that you have to pay return costs with Signed shipping from abroad from NL to Czech Republic.

I ordered Tom Taylor trousers, but due to a wrong size I returned them to Bibloo ( address for return-Ana Kuntarič s.p. EXPANDECO-BIBLOO - the return was paid by me. It's been more then 2 weeks now and I did not receive any feedback at all, nor did I get a refund on my PayPal account.
I'm very dissapointed with such poor customer service.

Ordered and paid shoes, they sent me an email in which they informed me that the shoes will be handed over to the delivery company within 3 business days, its been 14 days and they still did not handed it over to the delivery service. In the meantime I sent them an email and they replied that they had some issues and that it will be sent by the end of last week. Guess what, still waiting for delivery.

I've ordered designer jeans twice on bibloo. Both times they were dispatched in 24 hours as promised, and delivered a few days later. Tracking details provided. The website does make it clear that returns are at your own expense, so I only ordered things where I'm very confident about my size. The only thing I don't like is the fluctuating prices and pretending that there is always an "extra discount" when in fact whenever the discount increases, they put the prices up to compensate. Also I noticed in the last couple of weeks >100% increase in some of the prices. But, I'm really happy with the jeans that I bought here. They are genuine and good quality.

Extremely incompetent staff, but mostly on the site they lie about the delivery, it says 24 hours delivery, but it actually comes after 7 days and maybe 14. When you write to support, he answers, watch your delivery or a hand like an emoticon. The sizes also often do not match, I just do not recommend the bibloo store, and I see that there is 70% negativity towards it, fully deserved by the incompetent staff and obviously stupid management.

Every order shipping takes a lot of time.
