I ordered a pair of Camper shoes in October, but due to a wrong size I returned them to Bibloo - the return was paid by me. I received an e-mail that the shoes were received by them and to expect a refund soon. I am expecting it for 3 weeks now and still no result. I e-mailed them, but still no answer. I trying to call them several times, but no one answers the line - the automatic operator says that all their colleagues are busy although each time I`ve been waiting for more that 10 minutes! Overall, very poor quality of service!

Bought a Vans backpack, got an email my order isn’t approved due the country. Had to pay through another website. I told them i just want my refund because its to complicated. Never had my refund neither get any answers. Still waiting on my money. Been over more than a month now.

6 days ago I returned the shoes I bought, because they were to small, to a given return address in Slovenia. Today I asked (via email) how long does it take for returned items to get to main storage in CZ and if can get a tracking number for my returned item. I received an answer that it can take up to 30 days from SLO to CZ! In 21st. century! And that it is not possible to get a tracking number... Also I will then have to wait another 14 days to get my refund. Definitely my last buy on Bibloo!

Had high hopes for the store, but...

The Calvin Klein sweater I ordered felt very weird - size M was tiny (even though I usually wear S) and material was like a cupboard (unusual for Calvin Klein). So had concerns if the sweater was overall genuine.

So returned the sweater, and obviously needed to pay for return. That is why do not recommend really buying there.

No money refund
I never buy from this site again! They do not return the money. They claim they did not receive a return of goods and blame the delivery service.
I don’t want to hear about them anymore!

I received the ordered item in 4 days so very fast. Everything went well so in my opinion it is a good shop to order. I am very satisfied.

I am happy that I didn’t see this bad reviews before I ordered at Bibloo. I ordered the Michael Kors Skyler boots at Bibloo because they offer them for a much better price. Within a few day’s I received my order in perfect condition. It was clear to me that if the size was not right I had to send them back on my own costs to Tjechie since this was written on their website.

I was looking for some specific items from a brand which landed me on Bibloo and I found them, I didn't question much just placed the order, post which I thought maybe I should have checked the seller. Then I did a google search and landed here, I was shocked with the negative reviews and wishing I didn't buy them already....I emailed customer service immediately just to see if they were genuine, however to my surprise, the customer query was responded timely and professionally, the tracker details was shared, the items were received quickly and in good quality as expected, so I want to come back here again just to give the credit this site deserves and share my very positive experience to people reading this.....thank you!

We ordered two pairs of PUMA shoes via this website. At first we were a bit hesitant because of the bad reviews, but we decided to take the risk. And good that we did, because 1. the delivery was very quick and 2. when I double checked the delivery date with their customer support, they were very friendly. So no bad words here, just satisfaction. Would order here again.

This is the worst customer service i have ever had and its not even close. My order that was supposed to be delivered at the beginning of January( now it's the end of February) never was. They agreed that it wasn't and that they will refund my money. For more than a month now they were lying to me that they'll refund me my money and in the last 2 weeks they even went further. They claim that the money were refunded back to my bank account, which is obviously not the case. I explained that this would be impossible as i paid with PayPal and i haven't got a confirmation email that the money was refunded. Also, there is no sign of them on my bank account obviously. After explaining them this, in the last 2 weeks, they decided to stop answering and just ignore me. Don't ever make the same mistake as i did and order from this website. Not only they are scamming people but they are also lying that they'll send them their refund and never do after that.

Ordered three times from this company, never had any troubles. The products were good quality and as described on their web page. The only thing that bothers me is that they offer free shipping not before 80€. A lot of other similar companies offer free shipping automatically.

I ordered a T-shirt, but the size was too big. I returned the T-shirt and never got the money back. They said that the T-shirt never came to their warehouse and that it was a logistical mistake. They said I chose the wrong logistics company. Their returning instructions in Croatia are very pure and do not protect the buyer of such things. They should suggest to the customer which logistics company is reliable, but otherwise they do not care. They took my money and they do not want to refund me.

Not genuine brands! They put the price as the product is original, but is not. Just waste my money 😡

This just became my favorite online shopping site!

Order something on their website on 01-06-2021 and cancelled it on 01-08-2021 because they couldn't send it. Now on 01-13-2021 I'm still waiting for a refund on my PayPal account. Had to open a PayPal case and they told me "Unfortunately, there was some technical issue with the automatic return of the payment." This is unacceptable. I feel robbed and want my money back!!! Probably I have to escalate it further at PayPal.

Can't recommend anyone to buy something at their shop.

I've never written a review before but felt obliged after seeing all these bad reviews. I ordered a jacket and everything worked out fine. It took a week or so for it to arrive (ordered from Sweden), the jacket pretty much corresponded to the pictures on the website and they responded within a day when I hade questions. However, I do think they could benefit from a better payment service instead of sending the payment "details" via e-mail. But that's pretty much it. Most people who write bad reviews seem to have a problem with the company's return policy, expecting free returns for some inexplicable reason.

This company runs a webshop in your own country (domain), but if you want to return something then you have to pay shipping costs to Czech. Basically it's a SCAM.

Ordered some trainers, they arrived in good time and are what I ordered but they are damaged - and if I want a refund or exchange I have to pay out of my own pocket to send them to the Czech Republic from the UK and wait a month for resolution. Also there is no guarantee that a replacement will be in stock by then. Wouldn’t use again, disappointing. I would be better off getting them repaired in the UK but I shouldn’t have to pay to fix a brand new item!
