Quick and Easy
The site search and filtering made it easy to find what I needed and they had inventory that I couldn’t find elsewhere. Shipping was cheap and very fast. Product was well packed and exactly as described. I’ll use the site again.

In all, pretty good dealing with Bicicletta. There was always someone online to talk to about the purchase process and bike but not all sales people were helpful or kind. I kept getting a different person to talk to where some did not answer specific questions about shipping. One person was super helpful and polite with great insight. I asked if the bike could be shipped to my local bike shop (Ibis Dealer/Rep who agreed) to be built but was declined by Bicicletta. I provided my height and weight so the bike could be set up to my profile but the bike seemed to be setup for someone bigger. I am happy though.
