Very bad experience with this store
Very bad experience with this store. Long wait times, little transparency, and lack of communication. Requested to be informed when a bike was in stock, after a month of waiting, decided to check the site and by miracle, it was in stock that day. The website NOR sales rep reached out to let me know. With the recent uptick in business, they sacrificed customer experience to sell as many bikes as possible. It's a shame.

Quick delivery for online order
Great selection of products in stock. Was really happy to receive my order of pedals quicker than I expected. I chose regular shipping yet bicicletta expedited it. They didn't have to do that.
