Some items are not meant to be bought on line ...
Since the COVID-19 pandemic, Le Bicicletta has switched their store to 100% online. This is fine for bicycle parts or where you know exactly what you want - but does not work for items where fit is important. Like a bike, or clothes, or shoes, or helmets. Even looking at a bike bag online doesn't really tell you how something is made - is it flimsy, how easy is it to put items into the bag. Yes, they have a great return policy - but that can mean a lot of back and forth trips to the store. Please bring back a brick & mortar store.

Nice to have been able to have selection of bikes to meet my criteria. Good communication about timeframes for delivery. And excellent delivery process by the store representative.
As an aside I took the bike in for help with the tubeless tire setup. Their service technician was not happy with elements of the factory build and resolved the issues he identified proactively.

Very pleasant experience and the shipping was fast. I especially liked how the package tracking worked. They let me know the day it was out for delivery and then another message when I was next. Tracking package in real time was a nice touch. I would and will order again, top notch!

What a fabulous experience. I was skeptical at first having no actual store to go to and shop for a bike. From the initial phone consultation with Josh to picking up the bike at the store in Vancouver, it was a great experience. I'm excited about my new BMC Road Machine 2. It's a beautiful bike.
