Satisfied first time client
I ordered and received exactly what I wanted and received it in a timely manner, well packaged
Unfortunately in my part I ordered the wrong size in the Assos jacket and am now waiting for the return authorization
It is too bad that they do not have any stock in the 2XL size

A premium online experience that feels like shopping at my LBS
From receiving sizing advice from their experienced online "rider support" team, to getting answers on component specs from their boots on the ground in under a minute, to a smooth purchasing and shipping / store pickup experience (I've used both - received my items same-day for shipping and it's always a pleasure to interact face-to-face and nerd out about bikes with the friendly staff when picking up from the store), Bicicletta has set the bar for how online shopping should be.

Solid, reliable and quick!
In this pandemic age where there seems to be a shortage of anything and everything bike related, Bicicletta has been very reliable and easy to order from (I live in Alberta). Products are always shipped quickly and have never had issues with quality. They will definitely continue to be a bike shop that I will order from, even when and if this pandemic ends.

I’m impressed by the speedy delivery by the pleasantly personable delivery people. Five stars would have been given if I had the choice to pick up my products myself. I work 5 min from the store and would be happy to save the $5 for delivery.
