Good "in stock" product selection, fast shipping, friendly service. Prices could be a bit more competitive, but I guess when no one else has stock, what can you do?

Josh was an excellent on line sales rep. Even though there was a serious problem with my bike purchase, between himself and the manager, they went above and beyond to get me a Cervelo that was “ sold out” and honoured the original price on a newer product. When it showed up at Bicicletta, the prep staff got turned around and shipped out the door the same day. Wonderful service. You can’t go wrong dealing with them! Thank you.

The people at the shop went out of there way to be helpfull. The mechanic working on my bike made me realize I had choosen the wrong size frame. He went to the trouble of sourcing out another frame that had to be shipped in. I am very satisfied with Bicicletta's great service.

I looked through many sources and suppliers for the right gravel bike for my needs and budget. Found it at Bicicletta. They answered my questions quickly through online chat and I placed the order online. There was one small hiccup with inventory availability that the Bicicletta team solved within an hour. Bike got shipped as planned and arrived safely. First ride on it was today. Easy, peasy. I'm a fan of shopping local and support my local bike shop but when inventory isn't available for months to years it's good to know that there are great people like Bicicletta you can count on.

Canada's Premium Bicycle Store that will screw you over. I would definitely not recommend this store especially if you're buying a bike online. I was told that a mechanic would look over the bike and make sure everything works properly, well that’s BS, Di2 firmware wasn’t done, gears needed adjustment nothing was done, not impressed with this store.

My orders were shipped out quickly. Will buy from Bicicletta again.

I have always used my LBS to buy new bikes, but given the current shortages I had to expand my horizon. Initially I was skeptical that buying a bike online would be as good an experience as buying in store, but Josh at Bicicletta completely blew me away. The price was great, any questions I had were quickly answered, and the bike arrived as advertised. After making my purchase and receiving the confirmation email, I had a moment of panic where I thought I may have ordered the wrong quantity. I replied back to the email asking for help and clarification, and received a super friendly response very quickly assuring me that I had placed my order correctly. Excellent customer service!

With local bike availability almost nil, I started looking for online options. I've never purchased from Bicicletta before but kept lurking on their website since I was impressed that they had one bike in the model and size I was looking for. I didn't pull the trigger right away because it was built to a higher spec than I was originally intending.

Eventually I reached out to them using the online chat. I got a response right away, and accepted the request for a phone call to discuss. I had a wonderful conversation about the bike itself, but also the evolving tech, future availability of bikes in general, etc. I left the conversation confident that this is a "real bike shop" (up until then it was just a website) with an extremely knowledgeable and passionate team.

I was given a quote by email and made the purchase a few days later.

I immediately got confirmation of the order, and a follow-up confirming the 2-3 week build up time that was discussed on the phone call and listed online. I got a phone call asking about a few options during the build process (I was glad that assumptions weren't made on my behalf).

The bike arrived at my house in Ontario by UPS in a Bicicletta-branded box, bubble wrapped and with expanded foam to protect it. It was three weeks from the day I ordered it. I removed the packing material, adjusted the bars, installed the seat and mounted the front wheels... And got to take my dream bike for a ride around the block.

This is my second online bike purchase, both retailers were great, but Bicicletta upped the game in terms of being professional. I've got a few rides on the bike now, and the build was done perfectly; with an unlimited budget and a giant garage, I would go back to them regularly - but for now it will have to wait until the budget and the need align. I highly recommend considering Bicicletta for your next bike purchase - give them a call and you'll see!

Took a chance on sizing. It worked out well. Best part was the $88.00 I saved. Keep it up Bicicletta!!

I usually don’t write negative reviews but after making my purchase and spending the time to research what I was buying, only to find out a few days later that this company didn’t actually have the product and had posted the wrong item for sale, which after reading other customer reviews seems to happen more than often, is highly disappointing. I get mistakes happen, but it’s far from a first, second, third, and when I asked two different staff (one manager) what they would offer as a possible solution to the inconvenience, it was a lesser item at full price. No offer of a one time discount even after asking as I felt it was more than a reasonable request, no option to actually order the rebuilt kit to arrive at a later date, just repeated recommendations to simply cancel the order. Just didn’t care, and no customer service.

I won’t waste my time shopping here again, and I sure couldn’t imagine buying a bike worth thousands from them when they can’t even give service on a $300 rebuild kit. Do yourself a favour and read some of the same not so good reviews on Google and Trustpilot as they are legit.

Fast shipping, right to my door and the Elite Suito is working just perfect. So happy that I decided to give Bicycletta a try. I'll be back!
