We have been using Bicton travel since 2010 and we found that they are the best in Communication and pricing I have always found them to very competitive in pricing and the service is excellent. I remember when we were away in 2017 on a cruise ship in the Caribbean islands and we emailed Matt Clements to ask him to arrange on our flights that we-had wanted to do after our cruise, so he did as I asked in record time he has sent thought our itinerary on all our flights in and around America. We really appreciated having someone we can trust In handling all our travel needs any time of day.

Most helpful and useful information from my couple of experiences with Bicton Travel, Byron in particular. We enjoyed a wonderful cruise last year organised through Byron and have a second one planned already for this year.

Phil has a really good knowledge of all aspects of the travel Industry. He knows exactly what I like and does his best to get this for me. I would not trust another travel agent as I do him.
