Replacement parts sent free of charge
Bought a polygon bike recently for as birthday present for my brother. My brother took it to a bike shop to be checked over before taking for a ride as the instructions suggest. The bikeshop found that the rear derailleur and hanger where slightly bent out of position. I immediataly contacted bikes online for a warranty claim saying what the bikeshop people found and they responded within the day asking a few more questions which I quickly answered.
They then informed me that they would send a new hanger and rear derailleur completely free of charge (which has since arrived).
It's unfortunate that this happened, and might have resulted from shipping or during assembly, But regardless BicylcesOnline quickly sent replacement parrts very quickly.

Bike Rack Enduro 4 Ezi arrived quick
Bike Rack Enduro 4 Ezi arrived very quickly from Sydney to Sydney and put together OK and grips onto towball well. Had some issue with towball moving, but not the racks fault, needed to do a few things to get the towball tighter

Don't do it. Yes the prices are cheap but try getting your bike serviced. No shop wants to touch them. And as for some help about which dropper post would fit my son's $2000 Marin Hawk Hill Jnr. Forget about it. No response. Do yourself a favour and buy something a little more expensive from your local dealer so they'll want to know you when you need servicing or upgrades.
