after an issue with our locking mechanism, Bifoldshop were so accommodating and professional in getting to resolve the issue. Their engineer Matt and Cherie in the office give a true sense of wanting to help their customer, i.e. me! Solved in 1 visit, 5 years on from installation. A proper company true to their word.

Bifoldshop doors and windows
What we had: 4-pane folding doors with internal blinds; french doors and bay windows with internal blinds; floor to ceiling asymetrical window; front door and side windows.
Assessment: Bifoldshop helped us through difficult remedial work after a disasterout experience with a third party firm. Bifoldshop provided top quality products and used efficient online contracts/payment systems. Their installers were timely, friendly and professional throughout, and the office communicated effectively through the entire process. As a result, we enjoyed a refreshingly straight forward experience and have exactly the functionality and finish required.

From start to finish excellent service.
I had bifold amd patio door custom made. Lovely quality , doors look stunning and of a very high quality amd standard.
Slick service, the surveyor that did the initial survey was top class and clearly knew what he was doing. Once you pay the initial payment the doors were made in 4 weeks. The team that came and fitted the doors were excellent and extremely professional.I would definitely use this company again.

Great company
We used the Bifold shop for bifold door and a large window installation on our refurbishment, and then again separately for our front door.
I only have good things to say about all 3 installations.
The showroom and sales staff are great, as are the guys that come out and do the installation. Very polite, friendly and professional.
Great products, competitively priced and installed to a high standard, with excellent communication throughout the entire process, including brilliant after care.
If you are on the fence and wondering who to go with, I would just say don't overthink it and give the Bifold shop a go. We did just that and certainly do not regret it.

Amazing service
Amazing service. From the moment we visited the showroom to when the delivery driver left our property we had outstanding customer service.
We had already ordered our windows from a local firm and due to a mess up on the French doors I found the Bi fold shop on line. I ordered bi folds instead of French doors. I just wish I had found them earlier.
Have not had them fitted yet but all looks great.
Everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable friendly and had excellent customer service.
Highly recommend this company.

Good customer experience. Good attention to detail by Bifoldshop customer service. Fitting bifold doors took less than 1 day. Fitting staff cleaned up afterwards.
Also there is a good warranty (5 or 10 years) from HomePro also included.
