Ive been a client of big games shop for 2 years now I can confidently say they are fast and very reliable when it comes to payments and receiving purchases.Ive recommended BIG games shop to my friends and they've been using it ever since.

I ordered gems for my kid for pet sim x for over 3 weeks ago, they don’t answer my emails. I baught 1 T gems, the one email I got they explained that the order was done and that the gems would be in the mailbox in game.

I ordered yesterday a Random PS99 Titanic for £14.75.

Payment in amount £14.75 for this product was charged to my credit card but I haven’t received any response in my mailbox. I have checked my spam folder too. I also haven't received the Titanic pet.

I ordered 3 days ago and just found the things in my mailbox in pet simulator 99. Im taking down one star becouse no email came or nothing. I might have typed the email wrong but im not sure.

Great and fast but sometimes its not fast comes on when you order since I ordered when it was closed and took some time and when I ordered when it was opened almost instantly got them great service and cheap.

Purchased 250b diamonds and they have claimed that the order has been complete but I have not received anything, and have not heard from them in over 3 hours. They’ve taken my money and given me nothing. Very shameful

I hope that I can increase my rating to 5 star at some point, but so far I’ve been waiting three days for the items I paid for. I followed the instructions, friended them on grow a garden and tried to message them there. I’ve also sent an email to them directly, but so far nothing. i’ve heard less negative things from other people, so I’m hoping that once this is resolved I can give them the rating which I was hoping it would be. For now, one star though sadly, as I’ve paid and got nothing in return….
