Please give a bit more information. When you purchased you would have gotten an email straight away. Reply to that email and it will message us direct
We have sent out how to collect your order emails to all orders we currently have and sent friend requests out.
If you havnt duped then you are not going to get banned for duping. Its not hard to work that one out
They give you duped pets
They give you duped pets. NEVER purchase pets this raccoon I bought cannot be traded. Waste of 10 dollars do not fall for their scam.
EDIT: I bought their pet about a month ago and after I got the pet jandel made it so duplicated pets could not be traded and now I cant trade it to anyone.

When you ordered you would have got an email. On that email is our username so you can add us as a friend.
As well as this we will send you a friend request and 2nd email with a server link
Emails are not being rejected by us. I am seeing them and replying to them but getting not response from you. Please check your junk folder as this is a really strange way to communicate we have the "Resending this to your original email address. The message was rejected by your Gmail address". We are replying
Im 99% certain you have not purchased from us. For that reason i will tell you to contact your bank and do a charges back saying you never got your items. You will get your money back and whoever your brought from will have the money taken back and a £15 penalty charge
