I was greeted by Kiki who showed me a space that was perfect for my requirements. I was also signed up by Damien who was also very helpful. Both of them are really nice and will go out of their way to make the experience as easy as possible. The building is really clean and secure as well.

Clean and secure self storage in Thurrock is hard to come by but they nailed it. The staff, especially Damon and Kiki, are very helpful, very approachable and easy-going. Very well priced too with some good deals.

I didn't catch the name of the man who helped me but he has brown hair, curly fringe and I thought he was cute lol. He was very polite and nothing seemed like too much trouble for him. Definitely recommend Big Blue Squirrel for DHL returns for the efficiency alone.

The facility is very secure and I couldn't be happier with my experience.
