This is my second storage space rental with The Big Blue Squirrel and obviously, if I wasn't happy with the first experience,I'd never have returned.
My review is not on the premises at the moment, everything is very good and the place is dry,well lit and secure.
They have one particular member of staff called HANNAH, who has served me on both occasions and I am writing to express my sincere thanks for her top notch front line customers care skills. Moving heavy furniture around is tiring, frustrating and challenging, but she has this thing about her that makes it less stressful for the moment you're at the premises. I hope the BBS know the asset they have in her. The fact that I came back 3 years later and she is still there speaks loyalty and dedication,and you don't find that in many people nowadays.
A big thank you to Hannah.Keep doing what you're doing.

Very impressed
Called in on the off chance after seeing a billboard. Very pleasant and polite staff, very clean and tidy premises. We purchased just the right size storage for our needs and are very happy overall with our last minute visit.

Reasonable cost and clean and tidy storage facility.
First time using any storage company and so far no complaints about Big Blue Storage.
The premises is really clean and tidy so no concerns about using facility. Everything was explained really well on my initial visit and setting up payments straightforward.
You can also purchase a padlock and covers for furniture if need be at no dearer price.

Perfect storage options in the perfect location
I will be moving to Essex from Hertfordshire sometime this year and wanted to find a storage locker that was convenient. After searching the web I found big blue squirrel which also happened to be in the perfect location. I requested a quote online and Steve got back to me very quickly and suggested I have a look to guage the size. I did so and found a warm welcome and a tour of the different size lockers until I came across the one that was perfect. Big blue squirrel has only been open in Maldon a short time and is only the second branch which makes for a more personal service than you would get from a bigger company. The price was competitive also. I highly recommend their services.
