Big Bus Abu Dhabi. just completed a tour with big bus Abu Dhabi , we were able to buy a 24 hour ticket spread over 2 days which was great for our plans, the staff knowledgable, friendly, smiling, accomodating, both the hosts at the stop and on the buses, including the drivers, to save me money on the next tour in Dubai (10%) was/is a bonus. Special thanks to Murugan. With the spread over two days able to visit Yas Marina Circuit, able to see german touring cars practising, awesome, the noise the smell.

I purchased the option of the 5 days that I think is very valid for the many facilities that includes and for the cheap price.
With these buses you can reach all the most interesting points of the city including the Zayed Mosque, the Louvre, Marina Mall etc. The staff is kind, prepared and courteous.
One flaw for me is the excessive distance of time between the races carried out by the green line.

Professionell and very friendly - TOP!!

Buses were crowded, often had to stand. Buses ran late often had to wait in the sun with no place to sit down. One driver drove straight past a group of us waiting by the beach and we had to wait a long time. Not good service.

I was disappointed they couldn't tell me the boat trip was cancelled before I started my bus loop. This meant I missed the tour at the mosque when I didn't need to. The narration was quite repetitive. It's not advertised anywhere that I saw but my hotel staff told me about the early morning pickup on Yas Island, at 8:30am which was very useful.

Overall is a good ride to experience Abu Dhabi. However there are few places stated on The big Bus app and brochure but the bus never stopped there - The Heritage Village and Emirates Palace.

Easy way to get around and see all the sights - Air Condition Bus

I couldn't simply understand why the linking between red and green routes happen in front of the mosque?I arrived early and had to wait standing in hot sun for many hours before I got the next green bus.Why can't the linking point be a Mall,where people can see around and stay comfortably till the next bus comes?Green line coming every 1.5 hrs is not satisfactory at all.Please get some tips from Big Bus Dubai which is superbly designed and worth every cent spent.They even took us free to dessert. Abu Dahabi services is far below expectation.

Awful experience! After paying a lot of money for 2 tickets and with time before the last bus (written in the flyer) we went by that big bus 2 stops. We have been cheated!

Bus stops could be better marked. Big issue: Not even one (of about 10 tested) headphone plug worked! So, there was no comment at all, not even announcements by the driver.

The green tour is not worth the time. It takes 2 hours to drive to YAS Island and back. Only take this tour if you want to go to Ferrari World or one of the Theme Parks. Otherwise stay with the red tour.

We were been on tour at the 29. and 30.11.2017. It were been 2 beautiful days with very friendly drivers and perfect station-staff. Thanks top Karol and Jane at the mosque and a very, very special thank you to Mr. Arthur Pannebo, which we inform us perfect and gave us beautiful tipps fo Abu Dhabi.

Evrything perfect; very friendly and helpfull stuff

Stops are hardly ever marked with a big hus sign. Even the staff inside some of the attractions doesn't give exact instructions, where to wait outside. It's useless to wait somewhere, where the bus could stop and then having to wait and see where exactly it stops (and in the worst case miss the bus and wait another 20 minutes for the next one). Obviously this tour is meant to be "hop on and stay inside" because if you hop off and walk to the next stop you probably won't find it. The App is not helpful, because it's not showing the exact stop locations and doesn't give instructions (like "wait at the public bus station on the main road"). These busses are way better organised in London or Barcelona. Not to mention that a one day ticket is really expensive...

Great service, a good way to find out where everything is , and a little bit of history about Abu Dhabi, two routes, very helpfull staff, the night tour was very nice.

Warning, don't get caught out, I bought my ticket for five days, widely advertised as valid for 6 months. I used it for a couple of days, then took 4 days out attending the F1, when I went to use it again, shock horror, it had expired !! The very small print (aka terms and conditions) state 'consecutive days'.
I lost out, I paid for trips I didn't take. When I asked various staff, their ability to understand English was lost !! The fact that they advertise valid for 6 months is false.
I feel I was conned and the staff/company don't care.

We only had 2 full days in Abu Dhabi & decided to take the Big Bus Tour to explore the city. We took the Premium Tour from Marina Mall, the lady staff there was friendly & very helpful & advised us accordingly about the tour (I think her name is Anafe). Since our 2nd day was a Friday (some attractions closed on Fridays), she advised us to complete all the attractions on the red line on the 1st day & to take the Dhow cruise & cover the green line on the 2nd day (which we did & satisfied about it). On the 2nd day when we took the green line, the bus driver Mr Murugan is also very helpful & guide us for the YAS Island tour (as we were also short of time that day & started the green line only after 3pm). Overall we are satisfied with the services rendered & it's the best way to explore the city.
Only one thing I wish to recommend to improve the tour, may be the company should cut some of the unpopular routes.

Inadequate information

Did not get whats advertised on the website....different brochures at different sites...learning many exclusions at the last moment. Also running time of some attractions is during off peak hours, which makes the tour quite uninteresting. Extra charges applicable for even water onboard.
