“Abu Dhabi Big Bus Company “
Sadly I’m not very impressed with this company iv given them 1star but I couldn’t write about our experience with the above company they !!!!
We booked our day tickets the evening before on line on the 27th March they took the money out of my bank account but didn’t supply us with our tickets???
So the next morning we contacted them as we had not received any tickets, they told us that they didn’t have any record of our transaction,so we was told to buy 2 more tickets which as we was only in Abu Dhabi for that day we did .
Iv just received a refund 2 weeks later but not a full refund because of the exchange rate , I’m out of pocket, so not only did they not supply us with our tickets !!! We also wasting a morning trying to sort this out a few apologies later no offer of compensation I would never use them again!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a good tour. The availability of wifi on board was a bonus. I think having power outlets on board would be helpful.There is alot to see on this trip so you might want to considered doing it over 2-3 days. if you have the time or catch the first bus to do both lines.

Decent busses and staff, but customer doesn't know when and how many busses will arrive, there is no shedule. The roundtrip is longer as expected, especially the green line, which we had to skip unfortunately. Customers should be better informed en posted because Abu Dhabi is a big city.

I had a horrific experience with Big Bus in Abu Dhabi. I was visiting from NYC, and I always recommend my visitors take the Big Bus tours. This was my first personal experience with Big Bus, I bought a day pass but got to the Marina Mall late, and OJ suggested we come back tomorrow to do the tour, we agreed we would come the following day, however he did scan our tickets and gave us a pamphlet. The following day we drove around Abu Dhabi looking for the big bus, we drove to the Emerites Palace and could not locate the pick up location of the bus, we decided to ask our cab driver to just drop us off the Grand Mosque and we would get on the tour from there. Unfortunately, when we tried boarding the bus, we were not allowed to get on the bus. According to the person that takes the tickets, he said our 24 hour ticket had expired. We explained to him that we never got on the bus, and that we bought a day tour pass. He did not care, and left us stranded at the Grand Mosque. Worst experience of my life, they were not accommodating and even when he called OJ, he just refused to let us on board.

Excellent – no reservations, I would recommend this company to anyone.

Loop around the city took quite a while, but stopped at great places to see the sights. Al Ain trip was excellent, as was Dhow cruise and yacht cruise with the City pass. Saved a lot on taxi's as we were at a hotel on the outskirts, and the mosque stop was perfect for us. Definitely would do it again! We flew out of Dubai, so were even able to see the Atlantis Lost Chambers using our Abu Dhabi pass!

Great staff and good route as usual, just the bus stops don't have any signs.

All was ok. Very affordable service!

Enjoyable tour but felt the circuit was too long. Would suggest both a clockwise & anti-clockwise tour. Complementary water was very welcome.

3. Friendly staff...especially Arthur who helped us out at the Big Mosque site. He should be commended.

Clean and nice buses. Kind drivers. Interesting recorded tour. The only recommendation is to have more frequent buses passing through stops.

This was a brilliant find for my stay in Abu Dhabi. It made getting around the city much easier, frequent and punctual buses, plenty of stops to choose from. Unlimited bottled water was a great help too! The staff were lovely (especially Amjad!) Thank you!

Lovely trip we chose the 2 day trip. What I think you should change is to put headphones in small bags, they fly out of the bus and swear unnecessarily

We were round about satisfied. For March we have booked a new tour again.

Great way to see Abu Dhabi. We took the classic ticket as we only had 1 full day. It’s quite expensive, that’s my only negative point. We did both tours and the boat cruise which was quite nice but very slow, you get a nice view of the skyline of Abu Dhabi. We did it at sunset too, caught the last cruise, which was very pretty. Free WiFi on the bus which was great and friendly staff and interesting commentary. Would recommend it!
