Version "Deluxe" Well adapted and economic To see the town (by bus during the day, to night, by boat) and travel everywhere during 3 days.

I liked the idea of deluxe package with 3 days of HOHO, additional unlimited river cruises, night bus tour, and Buda-part of town tour.
but:
1. Buda-tour is just one tour, not a full HOHO, you cannot go as many times as you want. stops are not marked, it's very hard to find. You have to go in just one order: Fisherman bastion, Buda castle, Gellert hill.
2. audio guide is terrible. stop crying about soviet occupation, or , at least, do it instead of music. tell more about buildings and monuments we are passing by. tell more about things to do ans see at stops.
3. why there is no stop closer to Parlament, or Danube shoes mark?

Would highly recommend Big bus tours, brilliant way to see all the main sights within a day. Plus the ticket included a cruise on the river Danube.
Make sure you have to app, to track where the buses are and for loads of extra info on Budapest.

The service of big-bus to gellert hill was stopped during winter and was by a different company (castle tour?).
I fact, the time schedule to the hill was very bad ( once in an hour, until 3 pm) and there was no way to go there on time.
The service stops too early...

I tried Big Bus Tours in several cities around the world, and I have enjoyed all enough. It was really cold first day of tour, but sun and Big Bus service warmed enough our day. So we enjoyed our Premium 2 days ticket. thanks Big Bus

The frecuency is very bad and the temperature into the bus is very could.

it was pretty good. The buses took a little long once or twice, but overall it was a good experience. I'm not sure that I would recommend it to a friend, but it was OK.

They really need to call out stop numbers on the voiceover so it is easier to work out where the hell you are.

Generally excellent but longer than scheduled wait on one occasion. Last scheduled blue route appeared to be cancelled but driver was very helpful.

Did the two day tour which was good. The two routes cover all the main sights. Be sure to visit the Parliament building, the Spa Baths and the Covered market. Staff helpful and friendly. Don’t bother with the included river cruise in the evening. The windows steamed up on the boat and no commentary just crass music so a waste of time. Walk the river bank instead!

Highly encourage you to utilize this bus tour service.

The tour was mostly enjoyable, but we thought the bus did not come frequently enough, and there was not enough information at or between each stop. The music that played on the system between stops was a bit annoying - I would have preferred to learn more about Budapest.

Reasonable cost with a reliable service that does what it says it will.

We like hop on, hop off bus tours; the offer great freedom to see a city at ones own pace. We visited in late November 2017.

The Buses were clean & punctual & the verbal guides very useful, if possibly not 100% correct: They advised that their is a free bus to Momento Park (where the remanants of USSR control lie), which was wrong & they gave one of 3 different versions of the response from the sculpture of the wonderful Lions on the Chain bridge when told that they were not in fact correct.

Nevertheless, a brilliant introduction to the City & very useful to get about during the day.

The 2 walking tours were 5*: Both Thomas & George were entertaining & informative guides who really knew the city. You must do these. But be aware, they run the Pest tour on odd days & the Buda tour on even days of the month. You can, however, take the tours on a day beyond your ticket dates.

The boat trips were also fun, although the evening trip took an unusual route (possibly due to the Chinese deligation, including the Premier, being in the city at the time) & thus the recorded commentary had no relationship to what was visible at the time. Staff did not explain this, which was ashame.

A note of caution; if it has been raining do not stand or sit by the edge of the boat on deck, as the water on the canvas cover floods over the edge really soaking whoevere is there. Staff did not war of this, which again was a shame as people were soaked & it was a very cold day.

Overall, a worthwhile addition to help get around the city &, notwithstanding a couple of tiny matters that stopped an overall 5* mark, highly recommended.

Staff present on the road was excellent. I would say all the 5 star of big bus cause of staff on road not cause of quality of buses as i found buses are not well maintained.

Buses went to all the places of interest. Good commentary on clear audio communication system. Helpful staff at each of the bus stops.

The busses were on time, clean and the information on key sights was informative. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I traveled by myself and a friend recommended it to me... I couldn’t be more satisfied. The price is affordable and includes several tours. I would recommend it to everyone!
