Great tours...

I have probably taken these buses in more than 10 cities throughout the world. The employees i ran into on this trip were probably the most friendly and accommodating. The minute they saw you looking around confused they would come see if you were OK. They all speak perfect English, some Arabic plus their native language. Amazing. I chose the 2 days Premium package which was perfect for discovering the city and partaking in the 2 cruises included. All three routes offer a different perspective of Dubai however the night cruise had the same information given as the day routes so was kind of redundant. If you dont have time and want to have a wonderful evening dinner skip the night cruise.
2 slight disappointments were that the buses were a little tired (seats need a good scrubbing) and water was not readily available on all the buses. Luckily it was scorching hot both days and i brought water from the hotel. Also some buses had narration from the guides (channel 13) and some was the recorded message. Although both very informative, the human touch was a little more interesting. All in all the best way to get around the city easily and learn about the history of Dubai. (BY the way, reserve one day for Dubai’s 2 malls. mall of Emirates and Dubai mall if you want to shop, eat in typical American restaurants (Guy Fieri’s, Red Lobster, IHOP) to name a few. That along with the skating rink, ski hill, and aquarium are great activities for kids and adults alike.

it is easy to use the big bus dubai and the checkpoint is near to my hotel best western plus pearl creek. the staff is very nice and helpfull. i enjoy the tour and for 5 day pass big bus and cover all the tour. strongly recommended. thanks big bus

Pro: Red Green Blue 3 lines concept is good. Transfer duration is very low or overlapping. Staff are very good in customer service and knowledgeable.
Con: Frequency, especially towards closing. We have waited 35 mins at Gold Souk on Friday(yesterday) from 6:45 to 7:20 p.m. and finally got the last bus only, missed the Night tour.
Bigbus can think more innovative in timing at Dubai , being the hot country and shops are closed for a good part of the day especially Fridays.

It took long for coming back to the same place. We wanted two different direction each route, and then we can go back where we are easily especially Red route (city). I was not keep to get on Red route anymore just because heavy traffic and took so long to go back to The Dubai mall.

This was the best I have ever been on. Some little things go in the way,like traffic and the bus was hold up.but that is expected at time.,the only thing is,tour people need to keep informing us that information, I had to most fun going in and out of malls, market, parks,everything was easy to follow...for my money this was great...
I come from New Zealand .we don't get to visit places like Dubai often..I loved my time here

I paid double and it needs more than two month I got back my money. For this I have had zu pay 15,- EUR.

It’s the perfect mode of transport... all the big sites, all the information, convince, and no need for taxis or walking the soles off your shoes!

A lot of the buses the air con wasn’t working properly, the drivers were not friendly or informative, in one instance he took me two stops from where I wanted to be and then told me this was the last bus. I then had to find an Uber stop and it cost me a fortune and a lot of time. Tours were too long. An hour red bus is enough.

Only complaint i have is that i have contacted them several times in regatd to desert safari which is included in my deluxe ticket but they have not replied at all

Great tours, can get to see everything in 2 days. Ali our driver was really friendly and helpful as were all other bus staff. They all shared all sorts of information and were rally clued up with whats going on and what to do. Would definately use again!

I bought a 2 day-ticket to explore Dubai with Big Bus Tours. It was for sure the best option to explore such a large city. If it wasn't for Big Bus Tours, we would not have been able to see half of what we saw. The drivers were really friendly, bottles of water were available at all times, unlimited, and the audio commentaries were interesting.
I would recommend travelers to hop off and hop on at the same location, as in Dubai the stations were not always clearly indicated, which caused us quite some walking on a very hot weather, as we planned to walk from one station to the next and couldn't find it in the Marina area. Otherwise, very easy and fun to use the Big Bus Tours service.

on the whole a good experience very disappointed when we went to visit the palm couldn't make it out at all no one to tell us where it was

My friend and I were visiting Dubai and we had a fantastic time and thoroughly enjoyed the routes and services which Big Bus provide. I would also like to say a massive THANK YOU TO FAZIL, god bless him, he was the driver on our desert safari tour and I had left my mobile phone in a taxi prior to joining the tour, Fazil went out of his way to help me, not only did he let me use his mobile phone but also allowed for his contact details to be used on my behalf. I truly suggest Fazil gets a promotion of some kind because he represented the company to the best of his ability and managed to help me get my mobile back. I would and already have recommend Big Bus and will definitely be using them again.
