We were excited about this bus tour. The website mentioned they’d drop us off to go venture an area but they didn’t provide that service. I was highly disappointed! They should renew their website! Wh... See more

Buyer beware
Buyer beware. This bus is not like it use to be. The app basically is only for sales. Once you buy tickets there are no instructions for anything you buy. Not near the stops it use to have. The night time you get on bus and wait for almost an hour just to get going. There is no stop at the Eiffel tower so you are on your own to get there. Also once you use ticket you have to use it up in succession days. Cannot break up days. Also can never get ahold of anyone if you have a question. Will never use again!!!!
Enjoyed the most of the tours
Enjoyed the most of the tours. One tour guide seemed to be very bored and hard to understand most of the time. It would help greatly if there were better instructions on "where to catch the bus". Just knowing the casino is not enough and unless you ride the entire route the first time, there is no way to know where to catch the bus and then you miss the hop-off hop-on portion and cannot enjoy the city.
DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY - WORST TOURING COMPANY EVER
This was the biggest WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY EVER!! WORST TOURING COMPANY EVER, I will literally make it my mission to go on ever related website and write the WORST REVIEW EVER about this company. Not only are they deceptive with the wording on the website, they don’t stop at any reasonable locations on the strip at all. We wasted $250 dollars on something we couldn’t really use because they were deceptive and misleading... AVOID USING THIS TOUR COMPANY AT ALL COSTS ITS WAY CHEAPER TO USE A TAXI OR UBER AND WAY MORE CONVENIENT... You WILL REGRET IT JUST DONT DO IT!!
Great tour with a fantastic guide
Great tour with a fantastic guide. We learnt a lot about Las Vegas. Very entertaining
scotland on the bus
Artie was our tour and he was really good. When we went on the bus he asked where we came from, and said Scotland’s on the bus, he took our photo before we left and made you feel real welcome. He was very knowledgeable of the area and knew about everthing. Great tour guide. Keep up the good work artie

A good way for 1st timers to see the Vegas strip and old Vegas. My only complaint is that one of our days the bus never showed for the first pickup. Supposed to pickup at 10:10 and was 40 minutes late....seriously, the first pickup?
Outside of that hiccup was worth the $$

The best tour for Las Vegas!
It was helpful to have a hop-on hop-off…
It was helpful to have a hop-on hop-off shuttle while in Las Vegas; however, we were not as happy with this shuttle as we have been with shuttles in other cities. The pick-up spots were hard to find behind hotels, signage was not good “no this way to the shuttle signs” and it was quite a walk to the pick-up spots. Too much time between shuttle pick-ups - typically 30-40 minutes. When on the shuttle we kept hearing the same stories over and over. Pick-up spots were very far between; there were not many pick-up spots.
Awesome way to see the city!
The drivers and the tour guides are all knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming.
Had a great time listening to them and that gave us a better understanding to what we can see and do in Vegas and Paradise ;)
Good way to see the city but....
I've done big bus other places like DC and found them to be way more informative. I realize traffic is bad but we get dropped in the middle of parking lots and got a lot of tours of the backs of buildings. Disappointing but still a good way to see the sights in a hop on hop off style. Free bottled water would be nice. In DC we got free headphones and rain ponchos. For the money it seems you should get something more especially considering all the back road travel.
Big Bus tour are great!
I first took a Big Bus tour in Philadelphia and when I got too Las Vegas I was pleased to see Big Bus was available. I love the Big Bus tours. The busses are clean, have WiFi, the tour guides are funny, knowledgeable and make you feel at home. The drivers are fantastic-you know you are in good hands. I bought a 3 day ticket which included the night tour. The three day ticket also saved me from having to take cabs or Uber. I highly recommend the Big Bus you will nit be disappointed.
Couples trip to Vegas
Had tickets for one day, very informative. Always use a tour bus when visiting cities, great way to find your way round and hopefully pick up some local knowledge.
Another great Big Bus Tour in another City
Another great Big Bus Tour in another city - perfect locations and gets you from A to B from one end to the other. It works well and also has an app if you need to look there and then. The wifi on the bus did keep cutting out of my phone, it didn't seem to want to pair up, maybe just me. My only criticism was the lack of Big Bus Staff in some places, I visited stop 9 in the High Roller Promenade 3 times one day and no one was there at the Big Bus Podium. Which then resulted when I did the Night Tour, I wasn't aware you were dropped off for an hour the other end to grab food etc. I had rushed to eat before the tour as I wasn't aware we would be getting off so then I had an hour to fill that could have been more enjoyable. The guy tour guides where all a bit hyperactive but Nicky I think he name was - very nice and informative
Hope it will be 5 stars
Hope it will be 5 stars, I do the night tour on October 6th.

Our tourist was awesome she kept us laughing thw whole way!!!! The tour allowed me to see parts of vegas i wouldn’t have gotten to see

I purchased the Deluxe 3 day hop on hop off bus tour option and was disappointed that the bus only made certain stops. I was also surprised that the bus had no air-conditioning being that the temperature for Las Vegas were ranging from 106-117 degrees. The amount paid for the ticket should have at least covered the air conditioning. My party deciding to use uber as it was more comfortable with the heat and ability to get around. As for the night tour that was included (again no air conditioning so we sat on top...left side is the better view) was great. The guide was excellent.

The first time we decided to use it 2 of the 6 buses were not working and it was a 45 to 1 hour wait every stop
Walk... Don't Ride
If you enjoy walking up and down the strip doing more looking for the bus pick up points which are not many and trying to understand what you've bought for transportation in the middle of the summer..this is for you. If you are hot your air conditioner is on the top of the bus called hot wind. Inside the bus the AC was not cool so you wanted to be on top even thought it was hot. Bus drivers were nice once you got the bus and people on the ground try to help once you find them. No phone number to call for assistance. Suggestion, rent a go cart, take an Uber, use the city bus but this you don't need. Also waited the last day to go to Paris only to find that pass good after 4pm. Had to pay that AM because I was leaving that afternoon. Bought deluxe pass for 3 days only used it one day and spent most of that walking in the sun trying to find the inconvienent stops. Don't think you get on and off anywhere and never got to use service at night..... Walk Don't Ride or find alternate transportation at lower cost.
