The tours were very nice!
The guides always asked,were we are from, but many of them already speaked too fast!
Would be nice, if they talk the american slang slower - that was the only negative point!

A good way to see Las Vegas and learn some history of the city. Des was our guide. She made the trip interesting - funny and informative. Our driver was Shaun, I think, he knew how to navigate the bus throughout the city. Did the 2 day and night tour, well worth it.

We had an amazing time and great tour guides. One small hiccup was when the bus arrived for our night tour all the upper level seats were full. I have requested a small refund, still awaiting a response from Big Bus.

We purchased the 3 day ticket & started with the night tour to get a lay of the land. Also because we wanted to see Fremont St at night. It was great that the bus allowed us to get off and walk around Fremont St to experience the crazy laser show & entertainment. The bus then returned us to the stop where we got on. Over the next 3 days we used the bus as transportation. On the last day we took advantage of the free ticket (included with the 3-day tour) to ride up to the top of the Eiffel Tower at the Paris Hotel. We road up at 6:45 . The ticket could be used between 4:00-7:00 PM. This was the perfect time. Lines were still short & the temps were cooler. We really enjoyed the experience- it was on the romantic side!

Very good, some of the guides speak a bit fast for elderly people to understand, otherwise very informative, the night time tour would have been better a bit later as most of the lights were not on due to it still being daylight, because the volcano erupts at 8pm this may be the reason for the early start, we enjoyed the Fremont experience, probably the highlight of the whole tour.

When we booked we were told that the Eiffel Tower experience admission was included. Big Bus intentionally left out that the Tower experience could only be used from 4 to 7. This is a hustle because most tourists book shows during this time as the operators are fully aware of. Eiffel Tower and Big Bus tours collaborated on this offer to restrict when it could be used in hopes that tourists will still pay the admission to experience the Eiffel Tower. This shakedown left a bad taste in our mouth.

It was helpful to have a hop-on hop-off shuttle while in Las Vegas; however, we were not as happy with this shuttle as we have been with shuttles in other cities. The pick-up spots were hard to find behind hotels, signage was not good “no this way to the shuttle signs” and it was quite a walk to the pick-up spots. Too much time between shuttle pick-ups - typically 30-40 minutes. When on the shuttle we kept hearing the same stories over and over. Pick-up spots were very far between; there were not many pick-up spots.

There was a lot of variability in the tour guides knowledge and presentation. At one stop the woman at the kiosk was on her phone cursing up a storm for 10 minutes before she acknowledged out presence. Not a great ambassador for Big Bus!

Overall great experience. Some suggestions... have a real time arrival option in the app as sometimes next bus came 10 min after previous and other times 50 minutes. Being in warm Vegas that can be uncomfortable. Also some busses have very bad quality of sound from the microphones.

One great asset is Big Bus Bruce :)) He is absolutely amazing!!! (Tell him the dutch with the baby told so).

IT WAS A VERY FUN RIDE. LEARNED ALOT ABOUT LAS VEGAS THAT I DIDN'T KNOW.
THE TOUR GUIDE WAS WONDERFUL.
THE ONLY THING WAS THAT THE FIRST COME FIRST SERVE RULE IS OK GETTING ON BUT I THINK WHEN RETURNING TO THE BUS EVERYONE SHOULD BE INSTRUCTED TO RETURN TO THERE SAME SEAT THEY HAD WHEN THEY GOT ON I WAS VERY.DISAPPOINYED ABOUT THAT.
OVER ALL IT WAS GREAT.

It was an awesome experience with Big Bus and the guides.

We took the night tour again. This is a great way to see the strip and Downtown areas. The guides are still coming up with information we did not know. Love it.

Great way to see Vegas at your own pace! Only negative is when it is raining you cannot see thru the windows due to the placards on the bus exterior.

I've used this service in london and was very much impressed by them and therefore har no graduation in booking the same for our trip to los vegas.
However this time the service/bus frequency was not good on 21st april, 2019. We had to wait me 3 then an hour bechte the next bus arrived when they advertise a bus every half hour.
Today 22nd we have our south rim tour and i'm hoping it will be better.

I appreciate how quickly your personnel were able to bring in extra buses so everyone could be up top for the night tour. Our guide - Bruce from Cleveland - was wonderful. Tell him the girls from Oregon appreciate him.

Get the tours that Big Bus Bruce is guiding!! You will learn so much about the history of Vegas and laugh while doing it. We did the day and night tours and recommend both but if you have limited time and can only do one, make it then night tour.
