We’ve done Big Bus in San Francisco; we were amazed. We did it again in New York; still wonderful. We had bought the Premium package online in advance for Miami: true believers. We were deceived. Late bus, schedule not respected, employees not respectful... Our plan was to go to main desk to have some free day like we know it exists in others cities; finally we did not even try. We did Uber instead. Next city (probably San Diego) after Hawaï: we will shop and ask around before booking. Loosing some sold customers: how sad is that :(

We were left waiting over 30 minutes at a bus stop and had to get an Uber to get back to the starting point to take the cruise tour we got with our tickets . The app never showed where the buses were and there was no local phone number to contact . The 800 number just went to a recording . I feel like the Miami tour was lacking experience and knowledge .

Very knowledgable guides of the area and points of interest. Big Bus tours have not disappointed us every time we have booked with them.

A real fun tour for us three visiting from Germany.
The meeting point was easy to locate and my smartphone reservation could be scanned and processed on the spot.
Driver and guide both were very friendly and helpful and when when a rainstorm came up, everyone was given a free rain cover in case they wanted to stay up on the open platform- which our family actually did because it was warm rain and didn't bother us a lot.
We enjoyed the plenty of information we were given and some nice jokes were scattered among the info as well. I had the notion the team was enjoying their work!

The most worthy experience that you have to do!

My boyfriend and I went on a tour with Henry and Jean. It was a great and enjoyable experience. Henry drove so we could get the best views and photo opportunities and Jean was very vibrant and friendly. Funniest tour guide I’ve ever had. I would 100% recommend this tour bus company.

No Internet on board as anounced, the Ivory guide is amazing, the man is culture itself! Loved both, blue and Red lines.

We were on the Miami bus tour and we were very impressed with the tour guide named Ivory. He was such a friendly, funny and knowledgeable gentleman. He added so much of his own personal character and energy to the tour. We loved listening to his stories about the history of Miami. Thank you Ivory, for showing us your city.

The tour was disappointing. Being a Miami native I thought the commentary both on the headphones and by the live person left a great deal to be desired. You need to invite miami people on your ride and re do your recording.
Also the bus was filthy! No one who worked on the bus cared. People left food, drink containers, cans and they were all over the place.
A five minute clean up would have made a world of difference.

No A/C on the bus and no room to go on the top deck. Waited 45-50 minutes for a bus at the stop. It was a waste of money.

Giving the Miami Big Bus Tour 2 stars because of a several things: the pick up areas on South Miami Beach are not marked and you just kinda have to guess where the stops are. One of the buses we were on had so much static on the ear phones you couldn't hear the tour guide. We paid extra for the night time tour and the only instructions we were given for meeting was at Senior Frogs, well Senior Frogs is on a corner, it would be helpful if they told you what street the bus would be stopping on since it is a first come, first serve tour. Several of the buses we were on should be retired cause they are REALLY old.

love the Big Bus....We use whenever available in San Francisco, London, Miami. Great experience

We had a great day on tour with Big Bus company. At first we struggled to find the bus stop on Ocean Drive - stop 12. It needs a new sign. However the tour was excellent, we had a good guide for the live tour. No issues with finding any of the other stops. All in all a great day. Well worth the value also if you book on line you get a small discount.

Please the bus is very dated . You are in US and not in third world country . I did ride the bus . I have to say Miami is beautiful and the sight seen with stops and staff are all great . Please take these buses off from Miami roads now and use other brand new modern buses . Please listen . Thank you and appreciate it
