Great program. Sometimes the buses don't stick to the scheduled time of arrival. Big 5 a terrific deal. The service we received from Bo was just fantastic - I wish everyone operated like this. Thanks,... See more

Big Bus Tour of Sydney #1:
Big Bus Tour of Sydney #1:
1. Unable to find the English version of the trip, thus I had to figure out what I was seeing by myself
2. I was unable to get many usable pictures as I was never able to go upstairs.
3. I was unable to travel on Route #2 as it meant riding two stops on Route #1 and transferring. As I had already been past Stop ## and been able to find the transfer place and the bus was running more than 45 minutes late, I went my own way.
4. The bus could have and should have stopped briefly at the two most famous sites in Sydney the Harbor Bridge and the Opera House, but did not.
5. The bus stopped at places which were not bus stops and were not interesting to see for a long period of time and then whizzed by other main sites.
This was not a good experience.
Good but frustrating
The Sydney City Tour was fine but the day we did the Bondi Tour was frustrating to say the least. We waited over an hour and a half to even get on a bus at the Museum stop, partly because there was insufficient signage to let us know that we could have gotten on a bus from either side of the street. Then once on a bus the sound system for the tour information was not working so we missed most of the information that was being given. Fortunately the beauty of Bondi Beach and it’s surrounding area was calming.

Used over 2 days and was an excellent way to see this great city. The add on of the ferry trip and Sky Tower was a useful extra.
Good choice for city tour
Very helpful and save time exploring Sydney cause it covers most of attractions in Sydney. Bus coming's on schedule, even once earlier.
Misleading two day ticket info in web site
Your web site said any two days for online purchases. That is accurate. Every where on your buses it says 48 hours. I bought ticket thinking it is NOT two consecutive days. I have make changes to my plan. Make sure your web site is not misleading the buyers.
Great in Sydney, Australia
The app works well in Sydney, Australia where there’s only one hop-on hop-off bus (this one). Pre-recorded tours means reliable descriptions and the bus drivers are super helpful too. Definitely recommend for Sydney.
Great way to see Sydney without having …
Great way to see Sydney without having to mess around with public transport. We actually didn't get off but did the full circuit and stayed on the bus, which was great. Open top deck so you can see everything really well, and relax!
More songs PLEASE
The only thing I would change is to have more music when the narration pauses since it plays the same five songs over and over and it gets old after 45 mins,
Changes not communicated
Waited at a stop for the first bus to Bondi Beach for over an hour, along with the other 20 people there. Later I found out that the stop had been eliminated due to road work. No sign at the stop and was never notified. Terrible service!
It's a great bus tour around the city …
It's a great bus tour around the city and the beach. In our case we decided to spend more time in the city and do like 3 stops for look around, take pictures, food, etc... if you want to go to the beach too, I recomend buy the two days pass. All the tour is explained in different lenguages using your own headphones. It's a good option if you never been in Sydney. I suggest stop in Luna Park, The Rocks, botanic gardens... For Bondai beach we took a ferry in Circula Quay
Great tour
Great tour, good to be able to change buses and go to Bondi
Too few staff actually working
Too few staff actually working - this means constant delays on the bus are unacceptable. Also delays at Circular Quays for changeover of driver where you have to get off your bus onto another one and then wait. The customer does not come first on this tour and it isn't cheap either. You are not getting good value for money.
Excellent tour
The Big Bus Sydney tour is expensive …
The Big Bus Sydney tour is expensive and does not give value for money.
The commentary is sparse in some areas, even when the bus is passing some historic looking areas.
On the first bus we got on the commentary languages were on the wrong tracks and on the second bus we had to move seats as the headphone plug was faulty.
I would rather buy a good guide book and an Opal card.
Operation hours was not stated very clearly
The overall experience was great but the website or any flyers did not mentioned about what is the operation hours. We bought the tickets online at 5:30pm and board the bus at 5:45pm and the bus driver told us there are a few more stops before the last route ends. That's very unfair for us for just riding for a few stops by paying full price for it.
Not good value for money...
Our tickets blew out of our hands when we got up on the top deck and the company would do nothing about it so had to purchase some more then we planned to do the Bondi route and an earlier bus had a tyre blow out so we were advised to get on the red route and driver would get us to central station ready for the last bus so we took his advice but ended up being dropped back off at stop 26 which is where we started. You would have thought the Company could have put a replacement bus into the system as we felt we wasted a lot of time and had no time to get off at Bondi Beach. For us, not very good value for money.
Good bus service
Good bus service. Let's you take a tour of the beautiful city of Sydney if you're short on time. Only thing you need to take care of is booking your tickets online. Do not buy it from an agent or even in the bus. You will get the best price on their website.
Rude Big Bus Drivers
SOME OF YOUR DRIVERS ARE RUDE! They should be a customer oriented employees as you are advertising a good client relationship! It’s just disappointing!
