Great program. Sometimes the buses don't stick to the scheduled time of arrival. Big 5 a terrific deal. The service we received from Bo was just fantastic - I wish everyone operated like this. Thanks,... See more

A great opportunity to see the city
A great opportunity to see the city. I was advised to take the two-day package and it was well worth the price. Honestly, you could not see all the attractions in these two days so I would love to see Bigbustours to offer a 3 day tour package because that 3rd day would allow me to return to areas that I could not spend more time on with out sacrificing other interested attractions so with that said, prioritize your attractions or hop off spots because Bigbustour stops are many. My reason for not giving a 5th star was the audio narrative, as it did not give the stop number as shown on your route maps, such as "up next is the ______". Thank you
Seeing Sidney
I found it a great way to see the City. Did both bus tours. Didn’t have access to a printer so had my on line ticket which drivers couldn’t read as ‘reader machine was broken’ on 2 busses but at Central station was able to get to get it scanned but tour company could be loosing out there. Also sound quality of headphones not great in some seats but was able to move.
All that said I would recommend it as a way of getting around.
Two Routes in One Day.
I really enjoyed this experience - I travelled the Blue route and Red route in one day and thoroughly enjoyed it.
Some seats the ear phones were not working.
It would be a five star for me if the stops were numbered as per map and app so we know where on the map we are approaching or given some indication by voice over of the stop number we were approaching. I would have got off a few times if I knew for sure the stop Number.
I found the stop at Central Station difficult to find eventhough I was using the paper map and app on phone and ask strangers.
Other than that I would travel again on the Big Bus Tour..
Great experience
Great experience, enjoyed the drivers and the pick up locations. It was pricey though!
It was a great experience
It was a great experience, thank you so much
Very poor audio
Very poor audio. Sullen and unhelpful drivers. Waiting in excess of 30 minutes as driver ate lunch!!!!! I was appalled and had never had a bad experience in Scandinavia etc.
Sydney classic one-day bus tour
Sydney classic one-day bus tour
Very disappointed in the bondi tour segment. Between stops 28 and 29 you have absolutely no signage for where the bus stops. I spent almost an hour yesterday, running back and forth up the length of Oxford Street looking for a stop, just missing chasing after a couple of the busses, and being very sweaty on a hot day. You should inform people there is no Big Bus signage in that part of the tour. Very unhappy abou
Good tour of Sydney and Bondi Beach
Good tour of Sydney and Bondi Beach. Would recommend better signage for bus stops, live commentary and increased frequency of buses as we waited close to 30-40min several times for a bus to arrive. Overall, a decent tour of the city though have been on better tours with same company in different cities/countries.
Excellent routes especially out to…
Excellent routes especially out to Bondi. Very helpful drivers who waited for us to reach pick up point when we were about 40m away.
Loved it!
Was really fun, got to learn a lot about Sydney, loved the views, especially on the Bondi tour. Only bad strings were the crappy quality of the recording and the earphones and being stuck in Sydney traffic but that can’t be helped tbh. Loved it as a first time visitor to Sydney!

We had a great experience lots of great information.
What a disappointing city tour and waste of money
What a disappointing city tour.
My international guests felt they got more from my commentry then the pre-recorded one.... We bought the 'deluxe' ticket as we wanted to go on the harbour crusie and go up the tower.
Issues -
The brochure is useless, very little informaiton and no phone number to call
No, times re harbour crusie. The website states Darling Harbour - turns out its Circular Quay
The last crusie left at 4pm which we would have made had it left as advertised - so missed out.
No information re the Tower visit, anywhere, given the unfortuntate incident earlier in the week
Information booth at Darling Harbour - she was more interested in reading her book then helping us
When we went to get on the blue line, we were told that it was too late it was before 6pm - the brochure claims that the last bus leaves at either 6pm or 7:30pm depending on the season (no mention of the season times)
This was the biggested waste of money at $99 to ride aroud the city for 1 1/2hr. At 4 people that's $400 - we could have got a hire car and personal driver for less!
Won’t choose this again
Won’t choose this again. Extremely boring.. nothing great! Waste of money and the driver even forgot to stop where my parents asked him to.. they were left stranded close to Darlinghurst... not a good tourist experience . I paid in Australian dollars and was also charged international transaction fee. How stupid is that??
Good to great
Good experience, although it could have been even more history told on the audio in the bus and the stations could have been more marked. Arrived time every 15-20 mins and even stopped and picked me up when I was on the wrong station :) Would recommend walking some of the routes and public transport to e.g. Bondi Beach instead if you have the time while you’re there.
Disappointing experience
Major roadworks in Sydney meant tours taking longer than usual. This plus the amount of time spent at some of the stops curtailed the amount of time we had to spend on detailed sightseeing during our two day stay. Commentary not always in line with place on the route. The tours enabled us to decide places to revisit but a disappointing experience.
I thought it was a great experience to…excellent and fun
I thought it was a great experience to see Sydney and Bondi Beach. Make sure you get both tours. I would do it again
Good routes/poor earphones
The routes show you Sydney
The earphones aren't good quality and we found ours didn't work for one of the ears
Also the volume replayed was too low and although you had adjustable control, even at the highest level you couldn't hear all the commentary
Good overview of the city.
Good overview of the city.
Will recommended.
The Sydney Big Bus is good
The Sydney Big Bus is good. But the frequency is too low and one has to wait for near 1 hour to alight or change.
Must also cover all major areas of Sydney city since the current trips hover around Sydney Harbour and Bondi Beach only
