Good tour of the city with interesting commentary, but too much time spent at each bus stop

I thought the tour was very informative. The bus driver was not really friendly and started to drive away as people were going down the stairs. They fell onto the bottom level and the bus driver did not slow down or offer assistance.

We bought Schonbrunn Palace museum tickets from the staff of BIG BUS. However we fell cheated because we were not inform that we need to exchange for tickets and que for the museum. The big bus staff told us we don't need to que at museum. Which is not true at all. The system at schonbrunn palace is also not informative and tourist friendly. There were no proper signage for tickets counter.

The Big Bus tour in Vienna made getting around the city very easy, although traffic was an unavoidable issue at busy times. There were very professional and friendly staff at every stop making sure that everything went smoothly. The drivers were courteous, and the ticket prices for the 2 day ticket (plus and extra day free) were very good value.

The Big Bus Tour App was absolutely invaluable (roaming is required), and made our holiday transportation much easier and enjoyable. It replaces the need for a street map AND a guide books, as well as giving opening times and prices to major attractions. Additionally it is possible at any moment to see exactly where the next bus is, and when it will be arriving at the next stop, and this means that it is much less likely that you will miss a bus and waste valuable sightseeing time.

The Big Bus Tour in Vienna should be congratulated for the service and App that they have developed, which enhanced our holiday enormously whilst at the same time being excellent value for money.

Everything was organized very well I was under the impression that the cruise trip will be only in Danube river not I the canal Overall the trip with Hip of Bus was very lnformative and I advice to anybody

Great experience as always with Big bus tours, I'd like to do my best in keeping environmental friendly. So on your website it says "I should print out my tickets" I did not do so and took the chance by revealing my purchased tickets through my phone. Thankfully they were alright with that and said it's fine to do so but your website says otherwise and for that I am giving you a 4 stars.

Great way to see Vienna and get your bearings.
Highlight - Siggy's walking tour. Excellent. Very informative and helpful with a sense of humour as well. He shared the history of Vienna with passion. Seeing the Lipizzaner ponies was a lovely surprise.
Danube river cruise - directional signage to ticket collection Point at Peer 6 would be helpful.

Red route was nice, blue route was boring and the texts dublicated

Fantastic service would highly recommend to anyone visiting Vienna. We hope to go back again and will definitely be using the bus tour again.

Red route excellent and a great way to get a good idea of the City. However didn't see a lot on the blue route which is basically one way of reaching Schonnbrunn. With hindsite would save time and use the Metro there. Red route well worth the effort though

I always like BIG BUS, but I have a complaint. Since the language I chose was in Portuguese, they didn't mention the number and name of the STOPs.

Selection of language was very good. Being Indian, I was surprised to have Hindi language on an audio guide.

The weather was very hot. So during summer they can arrange for bus with air-condition for more comfortable and enjoyable experience.
