Big Fish Clothing Reviews 

Tried a few sites for large clothing but none of them fitted so I tried big fish clothing and the sizes fit and we're cheaper than other sites for designer clothing, perfect all round.

Just very poor from start to finish. I'll fitting clothes, expencive delivery and returns and huge amount of time to get my refund.

My husband really likes his jeans. They fit well, are comfortable and good quality.

Everything went well on the return of my item and the communication was great

Update - I finally managed to get my refund, it was an almost month long ordeal from purchase to finally receiving a refund for returned items. Customer service informed me that this delay was due to a system issue.

I'm upping the rate to 3 stars as I managed to get my refund at the end, but it was still a bad experience, so would not recommend them... especially if you are inpatient and expect a seemless shopping experience like me.

Robotic customer service answers and extremely long processing time for refund of returned items.

I have been waiting for over 14 days since they acknowledged the receipt of my return and yet I have not even received confirmation that my refund is being processed.

Customer service answers are robotic copy and paste messages.... Just a bad experience overall. I do not recommend.

My husband loves Big Fish mens pants bought some before and will definitely be buying more.

My son is 6'5" and finds shopping for clothes depressing. Bought this jacket for him and he is thrilled. Great fit. Superb quality. Easy to view and order. Excellent quality item - well priced and will definitely be recommending and using again. Fast delivery too!

I love Big Fish…my husband loves the cloths. Quality is excellent, sizing is good. Shops these days rarely do large sizes. I’ve bought many many items never been disappointed. Any problems are quickly resolved the customer service is efficient and somebody will respond. I couldn’t recommend this company highly enough my husband is a nightmare to buy for. Message to self SHOP EARLY in the season because the items sell out real quick.

Usually I've had no problems but lately been shocking ,been waiting on an order that's been in transit from the 1st August and evri still waiting to receive it ,I've emailed twice and no reply and when they do email they'll say they've sent me emails like last time but they definitely don't, fed up waiting with them,customer service is absolutely shocking, this is now the 8th August and still no show
