The products and service were fine, but this company's policy of charging £2.50 for a return grates. In this sector - big and tall clothing - sizes can vary considerably between brands and to have to pay for the privilege of returning something that is too small or too large is an imposition.

They claim they will return to free returns "when things get back to a bit more normal", whatever that means. Three other firms in the same sector continue to offer free returns and I'll be using them instead.

Spot on, ask them for anything and they reply, cool site and easy to use, they have discount codes sometimes too!

Exactly what I wanted and delivered promptly. My elderly father has swollen legs so the 2xl size and drawstring waist fitted him perfectly. Thank you!

Your sizing is not correct.
I ordered 38 inch waist (38 inch leg) for my son. Both jeans , when measured, were a 36 inch waist .
We paid a custom fee of nearly 20 euro ( Ireland) and the same to return them, so in all the jeans that should have been a correct size 38 cost 105 euro!

Good quality and a lovely lady was very friendly when l called asking about the returns process for exchanging goods. I normally buy 4xl in men's shirts, the items l ordered were massive. The only reason for returning them. It is my first time in ordering from Big Fish, will have to accustomed to your sizes. Will reorder 🥰

Buying tall jeans from here is hit & miss. To be fair they are cheap, but broken zip after one wear ( & no not tight) has put me off. Previous pair wore thin & holed on seat after a month. Maybe source some higher quality items as price per wear is actually very high & embarrassing to have butt/bits hanging out in public!!!!

Quality was good just very slow delivery and to pay for a return doesn't feel right.
