Very dear postage charges
You charge a ridiculous amount for postage both to the customer and back to big fish if a refund is required.
Also, your refund process is incredibly slow. These two issues would stop me from using big fish again

The price of postage is currently inline with most of our competitors.
Unfortunately the small charge for return is something that we have now had to do due to spiralling costs, we have always offered a free returns service in the past and hopefully will go back to this once the current climate changes.
We apologise that your refund took 8 days..although we do try to process refunds as soon as possible upon return, at busy times this may take longer, but will always be done within the 14 days as stated in our T&Cs

Great delivery and returns service. My initial delivery contained some items that did not fit (despite stated size). Replacements requested and sent very quickly. I would recommend this company and will be using again in the future.

I ordered a smaller size tee shirt. Returned the one which was too big, re ordered but still not received the replacement and this was over a werk ago
