Poor contact
Entered a lucky dip for a Pop figure. On the page it stated that UK shipping was included in the £13.99 price - I have screenshots! However when contacting Big Pop Store no one EVER got back to me about this to considering refunding my shipping cost of £5. Trying to contact them on social media was useless too as they barely responded to me or anyone else claiming for their shipping price back and is NO availability to message them directly. Contacting this company is not easy!!

I bought a Funko Pop
I bought a Funko Pop - used - to replace one I had broken from my partner collection.
It is a rare one, so I paid 15 pounds, no box etc.
However the package was not wel done, and there almost any plastic protecting the Pop. I received it at my place BROKEN. So, no good replacement. Pop Store should know how to pack better their sales. Apart from this I send an e-mail complaining about it and never got an answer.
