Completely disastisfied
This items I ordered were described as out of the box but did not mention any damage. All 3 of the Funkos I bought had marks, dirt and scratches on them. I raised this as a problem through the contact form and was told I could return it. No apology for the condition of the item or refund offered due to false advertising. One of the items I ordered arrived with what looks like soy sauce on it! Really poor quality control. If I could give this 0 stars I would.

I’m sorry your not happy with the condition of your out of box pop order. As you may be aware, paint conditions vary from each batch produced by Funko.
As you say, we did offer a full refund once the items were returned. It’s our policy not to offer partial refunds as either the product is good enough to keep or it’s not.

Ever wanted that chase or hard to find pop. Even when you have it’s an extortionist Price. Well I found the Big Pop Store And there I found my chases and more. Plus I paid a fair price! Great packaging and communication
Big Pop Store did a great job sending my pop, double boxed, bubble wrapped and in a pop protector. I couldn't have asked for it to turn up in better condition. The company also responded quickly whenever i had any question. Highly recommend!

Bought an 8/10 condition pop and it was better condition than expected. The box was slightly dented that was all. Fantastic value for money seeing as the same item was going on eBay for a lot more as you can’t get it over here in the uk! Came really quick and was packaged extremely well to avoid anymore dents. Bought it for my brother for Christmas and can’t wait to see his face!

In my experience the service was terrible. I received the wrong items and Big Pop Store stopped replying to my emails subsequently.
I advise to AVOID at all costs and Collekt your Funko items elsewhere.
