Had a Blizzard exclusive pop vinyl figure at sensible price, so daughter very pleased as she thought she would be paying a lot higher price for it. It also came with a protective case, so a welcome bonus. Will definitely be using again.

Ordered two pops from here, one was perfect, the other had some slight damage on the pop - in regards to this, i have contacted them in every way possible and am yet to receive a reply anywhere.

This is less than satisfactory - especially considering i have seen posts going up on their Facebook and Twitter pages regularly (where i have asked how long it may take to get a reply), so i can only assume im being ignored?

Ordered anakin skywalker dark side pop it came on time considering christmas and it came in a pop protector too was well packaged would use again great store

Ordered a few items and one was missing. The box was in tact and the other two items were undamaged and packaged well. The item a portal gun keyring was missing. Double checked the box and couldn't see it in there at all. I have tried to contact them as well numerous times and still have had no reply back

Ordered the item in good faith. Item shown it had been dispatched. Waited 5 days to see if turned up. Unfortunately not. A post office tracking number was quoted. Checked the tracking number each day and no confirmation that it had been issued. Contacted the seller for explanation and was told they would investigate. To date still waiting for a response. One reply to 5 emails sent, not impressed by customer service. Therefore requested a refund and it has now appeared on my credit card statement. Disappointed in the experience at shopping at the Big Pop Store.
Will not shop there.

They sent me damaged goods and would not send new ones even when I returned them. Stay away from Big Pop Store

Great Pop Vinyl, very rare to get in the UK, condition of the product was fantastic, it was packed extremely well & delivery was quick, first time I’ve used this company, but will definitely be checking in with their products on a regular basis, highly recommended 👍👍👍👍👍
