Excellent Customer Service
A few weeks ago, I purchased Keen Hiking Boots from Big Shoes. After a short time of wearing them, I noticed that on my right boot, one of the eyelets for the laces came partially loose, and it wouldn't be long before it came out entirely...not such a good thing when hiking in the back-country. I contacted Big Shoes about it, and they asked me to file a claim about it...and they truly made it simple to do. They sought approval for the claim from Keen, and two days later, they sent me NEW boots. I am very grateful to Big Shoes for their resolving this for me.

I was very disappointed first time ever making a purchase from Big Shoes. The sales person told me the shoes would fit my feet. I call back the next day. Talk to somebody else name Moe he told me those shoes would not fit my feet. They told me if I need to get a return label. I could call back and they will give me a return label. I did and the owner claimed that he couldn’t get the system to work so I felt like I was stuck with those shoes, he told me that I will get a label in my email in a little bit never received it from the owner. It started September 17, 2024 and still going on September 18, 2024. Moe Gave me some kind of Unreal gift card number. I tried to use it, but it did not work. Very disappointed very upset very angry 40% off gift card. I miss my cruise because the shoes did not get delivered on September 17. And all they could give me was 40% off Try to buy some socks they don’t have size 18 socks But they shoe size is a 14 to 22 I was very disappointed, so I have a gift card that is not really a gift card. I believe he made up that number to give me to blow me off. I am very disappointed. I don’t know why he just didn’t give me a pair of shoes that fit me size 18 wide. I will be posting that on my page 1st time ever buying shoes from Big Shoes and that’s how I got treated So I had to call my neighbor that works for UPS to come by to get the box that Big Shoes told me they will give me a label so I can have UPS to come pick up that box the next day never received that label I feel like I was treated very badly , It was my first time trying to buy shoes from their people Then they tell me if I put my feet in the shoes, I cannot break the label on the shoes I’ve never understood that. Why did they treat me this way? Very hurt

I ordered the shoes for my husband and they were in the post that evening. The email to confirm order was very heartfelt and I was made feel appreciated as a customer. The shoes were exactly as described on the site and my husband was not disappointed.

Delivery arrived promptly. Tracking of deliveries is very important for the customer. And I always get great service from Big Shoes. They respond promptly to any queries.

This company should be ashamed of themselves.
I understand returns can be a pain sometimes, but l have purchased over a dozen shoes from this company. Finally a pair did not fit, so l put in for a return. Good luck. They make this very difficult.
Customer support is a joke as well.
After a few months when they give you a credit it is almost impossible to use it. They don't make it easy.
When you go to purchase a new pair they do not give you the option to add the credit from return. You need to go to another website to do this first. Skip all the hassle and shop somewhere else. In the end you are really not saving any money. 1 year later: I still have not received my credit for return, but they got their shoes back from me. See attached photo confirming the shoes were returned.
